From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was pure luxury. All staff were amazing, very friendly extremely professional and yet discreet. Our room was beautiful. The hotel setting is tranquil and beautifully decorated. The restaurant food was fantastic - Beautiful to look at and to taste. Thank you so much Valldemossa Team!

We stayed at Hotel Valldemossa for three nights in mid-April - having a wonderful break in the Majorcan hills. The hotel is situated just outside the beautiful village of Valldemossa, and is set in an old monastery, providing a lovely, tranquil location. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, catering expertly to those with specific needs such as gluten free...

Hotel Valldemossa is a small property located on the side of a charming village in the mountains in the north of Mallorca. The property is quite magnificent with steep hills, vineyards and olive groves, views all the way to Palma. It has its own pleasant garden and pool. The staff are attentive and without being obtrusive and cant do enough...

I am a Palma resident and this is my second visit to this idilic and absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. In this occasion I came to taste their Vegan Menu, that they offer everyday- upon demand. I was highly impressed: the plating was beautiful, colorful, the combination of the ingredientes were balanced and the dishes well garnished and tasty. Service was...

Beautiful small hotel with stunning views. The staff are very caring and want you to have a wonderful stay. Stayed here 8 years ago and it has lost none of that magic, just so special. Very quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk into the buzz of the town with plenty of shops and cafes. Got an unexpected upgrade...

It would be easy to be biased as it was my Wedding Day so surely the best day in the best place...ever? Valldemossa town itself is something else. Photo's cannot capture the depth and beauty of this place. And the hotel, a stones-throw outside of the town perched high over the valley but below the town and the monastery is...

Incredible views from the terrace gardens, wonderful food, peaceful setting. We dined there but did not stay; we'd love to go back and stay there. Within walking distance of the village, but hire a car to explore Mallorca.

We stayed at Hotel Valldemossa for two nights while on a group biking trip in Mallorca. The hotel is quite romantic looking with ivy covered walls, fountains, and moss covered walkways. It is nestled in the hillside overlooking terraced fields of goats, olive trees and an old monastery. The pool area is comfortable but note that the pool is unheated...

We stayed for 8 days in a junior suite which was most comfortable, with its own private courtyard and door onto a terrace with a spectacular view across the terraced monastery garden to the monastery itself. The staff were welcoming and helpful; reception provided us with a Mallorca guidebook (slightly out of date but it didn't matter) as well as...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The beauty of the corner of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca where the hotel Valldemossa is located is such that Frederic Chopin defined it as The Most Beautiful Place in the World. And he wasn't exaggerating. The surroundings chosen for this boutique Hotel, formerly heritage belonging to the Carthusian Monastery of Valldemossa, are like something out of a dream. ... more   less
