Arriving to this property was a very nice surprise as it was much better than I expected (after looking it up on internet and through the reviews. It is working as a complex - upper part is Iberostar and Cay Beach is actually named Bahia Playa Blanca. You may need to chack-in at Iberostar as the Reception in Bahia works...

We stayed at Caybeech about 4 years ago all inclusive this vist sc and we felt that it had gone downhill, evening entertainment still the same and poor, drinks very expensive at the bar and pool bar compared to onsite shop, hotel and rooms kept clean and outside areas. No daytime entertainment for the kids, flumes shut last two days...

Check-in is at one of 2 receptions. When you try to sort something, it always needs to be done at the other one! Our first room aircon was broken and the bath/shower leaked all over the floor. We were moved quite quickly to a room in which the hairdryer was broken, the wash hand basin cracked and the paint in...

Where do I start! Food was awful, no entertainment and your not told when you book that the hotel is actually in 2 parts! ( where your dropped off is a hotel with a completely different name but it's part of the same hotel!) We went all inclusive and we're told to only use the bottom part of hotel which...

The room was clean and...

We visited hotel Bahia in mid July of this year for a family all inclusive holiday. Upon check-in we had to walk up a large amount of steps to another hotel as Bahia's reception closes early. We were asked for our credit card details, signed some forms, given our key and a map. After about 20 minutes of walking around...

This so called hotel is nothing but a self catering establishment and not set up at all for all inclusive basis. It's not got the know how , management , staff or experience. You get the feeling that the hotel know you won't be back so why try. All the previous negative reviews are so true in regards to booking...

Like mentioned in other reviews - there is some crazy confusion with check in. You cannot check in in the actual hotel, you check in in the other. It's not a big problem, unless people at the reception are not competent enough and you end up running between one reception and the other. Which was the case. We went there...

I consider myself to be a positive person, I can find good out of every situation, unfortunately I am really struggling to say anything positive about this property. We booked the holiday on a All inclusive basis, this has to be the worse property we have ever stayed in and we have been to hundreds of all inclusiives firstly it...
