On arrival I was upgraded to a club room which was a pleasant surprise. The quality and comfort at this hotel is amazing value for money. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The food choice is great for room service and staff are very friendly and polite.

The leisure activities were great. Clean spacious but receptionist on the leisure reception was awful. Lost keys and denied taking them while chatting on phone.. When found the keys no apologies made.

Staid in the hotel with 20 people for a business meeting. Rooms are nice and clean, Hotel as an urban style, our group enjoyed Starbucks and the Pub, staff was friendly, slept really well, the breakfast has not so much choice and is very British not continental, in our meeting room was an annoying noise.

I have stopped here on a few occasions with work. The staff are very helpful and I have had several upgrades to my rooms. There is a great restaurant and a friendly bar. The gym facilities look good even though I haven't used them, it always seems busy. There is also a large car park which can get full but...
