Stopped here for 1 night at Easter and thought it waas great value for money. Family room was clean and spacious and they had also left an easter egg under the kids pillows. Breakfast is served at the pub next door which also has a wacky warehouse. The tube station is a short 5 minute walk away (10 with small...

Arrived at the hotel mid morning with an event booked at lunch time near the Tower. Two ladies on the desk could not have been more helpful, allowed me to leave the car before I was due to book in and also insisted on looking after my overnight bag, instead of leaving it in the car. Breakfast the next morning...

Hotel - Clean, Reception very friendly, unfortunately there was an issue with noise from the room above, the occupants were just being normal. The TVs volumes are set to a level that are quiet so might be a sign there is an overall issue as I've never had settings on TV volumes before. Which is a shame as the rooms...

We stayed in room 22. It looked brand new. Had a massive tv on the wall and everything was very new and modern. We was very impressed and said we could easily stay longer. Only about a 5 minute walk to the tube. The lady receptionist was also very polite and welcoming and asked what we was up to whilst...

My husband and I and our 5 children aged between 9 and 16 visited London for a few days and opted to stay on the outskirts due to price. With a Premier Inn we knew what we would be getting. It was a great location about a 7 minute walk to the tube station and a 20 minute ride into...

Very efficient reservation and booking in system. Wonderful staff. Corridor and room a bit stuffy but all was very clean. Ground floor family room. Didn't want to open windows for security reasons. However the pub where the breakfast is served is in desparate need of a make over. The toilets are awful. The hotel has free parking and there is...

Great location. Rooms clean and exactly what you would expect (except our family room was only a double not a king). Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect for getting tube in to London with 10 min walk to Perivale over foot bridge. Useful BP garage with m and s shop 5 mins walk. Pub next door is terrible -...

Stayed her (2nd time) for a London musical theatre birthday treat for my 11yr old granddaughter. Hotel standards fine, except for the exceptionally noisy fan in bathroom when light switched on. Wi fi very good. The 10minute walk over motorway footbridge to location of Perivale tube station is excellent and then only a 15minute train journey into centre of London....

Booked for a sightseeing weekend with my partner and son of 5 years, checked in and room very clean and tidy. Location very good 2 min walk from tube station straight into central London. Staff very friendly and even got my little boy a hot chocolate when we returned late at night! Lovely touch! The hotel is really let down...

As Premier Inn's go, this is one in need of investment. Initial impressions are poor when you drive into what another reviewer called a car park in need of 'sprucing up'. That might sound odd for a car park, but they're correct. It doesn't inspire confidence as somewhere you'd like to leave your vehicle overnight, signage was desperately poor and...
