Had a lot of free parking spaces, receptionist was very welcoming and very easy check in. The room was not too bad but very tight for a family room. Toilet is very tight as well. But no complaints with price. Had a pleasant one night stay.

Everything as expected. Knew to ask for decaf coffee, as never left in the room. Choice of food within meal deal excellent. Staff in Beefeater excellent. No issues with staff at Premier Inn everything clean, tidy and as expected in all Premier Inn Rooms.

Easy to find the hotel, park and check-in. Front desk staff were very helpful booking us a taxi to our function at the Hagley Golf and Country Club. Check-out was simple as usual. Beefeater (Badger's Sett) was handy, excellent breakfast service.

How close is the Premier Inn Hagley to Oldswinford Hospital School and is it possible to take a taxi to the school from the Inn?
Hi Anne, I was a boarder there from 1961-66. Along with a group of us old boys I have been back there twice in recent years & stayed at the Premier Inn, Hagley each time. The distance is only approx 3 miles. The Inn is brilliant, well worth the money.
