Stayed here for News Year and went for breakfast at 7am and the doors are locked. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. No one is willing to explain what has happened and guests are left frustrated. Do Not stay here if you value Customer Service
Stayed here on more than one occasion, and have never been disappointed.
In fact this hotel always exceeds our expectations.
