We stayed there in Sept 2015. What a nightmare. The bed was slanting on one side, no views except of a very overgrown shrub outside. The room was too warm even though you control the temperature yourself and the window is restricted. The tv was soooo low in sound we had to sit a foot away to hear it and... More

Comfy room, clean and quiet, good nights sleep on that lovely soft bed it is what it says on the T.V. with Lenny Henry snoring away, with helpful staff, nothing to much for them, to do for you. Location out of town and not to far off the M5, with no traffic pollution. The bed was so comfortable and we... More

With Premier Inn you know roughly what you're going to get, but this particular hotel was by far the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. The shower was a trickle at best, and I was kept up until the early hours by other noisy guests. I complained in the morning and there was absolutely no attempt to compensate me... More

Staff and quality of the room and service in the hotel and in the restaurant were excellent. I thought the rooms were a little dearer than I hope for given all the ads on TV saying from £29 as this was November but could not fault the quality of the rooms or cleansiness thereof. The staff were great and really... More

We were on an intense training course for a week. At end of each day all we wanted was a Good nights sleep in comfort. We received just that with genuinely friendly and helpful reception staff every day. The room and bed were comfortable and if you want more tea, coffee, milk etc; you just ask at reception with no... A very nice stay at this Premier Inn, The room was fab & the staff were lovely! For a 'budget' hotel stay (less than £50) it was brilliant. The pub next door was convenient for breakfast and it is only 20 minutes outside of Birmingham City Centre & very easy to get to.

We stayed here overnight before going to Cadburys world the next day (which was about 11 miles away). The hotel was lovely, the man in the desk was friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and clean. And would recommend the beefeater next door to eat in during your stay. Would definitely return if we were up that way again.

We stay here regularly to visit family and have always found the staff friendly and welcoming. We have once claimed on the Good Night's Sleep Guarantee and were credited without argument. In fact the rooms are quiet. The bathroom fan is noisy and we believe that this has been changed in new/renovated rooms. Also volume limiter on the TV makes... More
