We checked out on the morning on 08/08/2015 around 08:00 hours. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional and dismissive.Although I was not very impressed with the place, I was going to give it a fair review were it not for the lady on reception. Please, just don't go there. Terrible place with horrible staff.

For the price we paid for a twin room (£60), the room was clean and comfortable. However upon returning to the hotel later in the evening I saw a mouse running on the corridor in and out from under a door. I found a member of staff who casually told me that it was ok because 'it was only into...

This hotel is a disgrace, I booked in for 5 nights with my girlfriend for leisure activities around the London area. The photographs that was shown on the hotels website was all false advertisement, it doesn't look anything like the photographs shown. My room had a double bed with a worn out mattress, sink basin in the bedroom, numerous cigarette...

I booked in for a London visit with my two girls and friend/work colleague for a trip round London. Our trip was nice but the hotel was a nightmare! We arrived in London and booked a room for one night at Banks because we were in a hurry and I couldn't book it online but the receptionist was kind enough to wait on us for the room, either that or there was a really slow night. I didn't check the room before checking in because I thought it should...

My advice, go to Barking or even Manor Park and find a nice cheep, clean and most impprtantly, RAT FREE...

I satyed at this location as I cannot call a hotel, how it got 4 stars I don't know how. Cleaners were talking outside my door first thing in morning , the power to sockets was not working on my first day there. The shower , you had to tamper with taps for 20 minutes to get a safe temperature...

No high chairs for a toddler, broken double bed and not able to store dairy free food in hotel food. Reception staff need trading and only the kitchen staff were exceptional. On arrival, I found a dirty sock by the window which just started things in the wrong foot as it were. The window was closed so make your own...

Stayed for 2 nights for a family funeral close by. Had no sleep hardly with large vans and cars in and out all night outside our ground floor window banging doors e.t.c. Only cheap rooms I know but the rooms were dirty, fixtures and fittings broken or not working and falling apart. Mouse or rat trap by the window was...
