Staff was super friendly on the arrival and provided a lot of information about the place and all different amenities available. Plenty of stores on a walking distance, a lot of restaurants and even a mall that is right across the street. The room was clean enough and very spacio

Great staff, very helpful. Location- prostitution on every corner of each road. Not great when you have kids with you. Average shopping mall right opposite and cinema, Nando's and another restaurant next door. Very noisy if on level 3, on main bus route. Rooms not sound proof. Ro

What would be the easiest route to get to the London eye.
Can you get to the Olympic Park easily from the hotel?
Best way is by train, leave the car at home or you will have a parking nightmare in Stratford. The train station is about five minutes from the hotel and its a bout a 10 minute train ride with regular trains to Stratford so you won't be at the station long. Once in Stratford train station take escalator or lift up to ‘The Street’ (which is the outdoor part of Westfield Shopping Centre) – follow it along, bear right at Fountain Square toward John Lewis and then left at Jamie's Italian. At the end of the passage, cross the road and you are into the Park. There is good signage everywhere, and the people of Stratford are approachable if you find yourself dithering about which way to go next. Enjoy your visit.

Hi there. I've previously stayed in Walthamstow Travelodge, which had standalone showers in every room I used. Does Ilford have the same, or are they shower/bathtub combinations - or do they have both: a bathtub and a separate shower? The pictures aren't clear regarding this matter. Thanks, Steve
In the family room I stayed include one bath tub only.
