I have stayed at this location many times in it's previous life as a holiday inn and have had no real cause for complaint. The change to Brittania has seen a stark drop in standards. Room smelly and dirty, poor airport shuttle service and lack of information about almost anything. Given the history of other establishments that have moved to...

Didn't have a great experience at this hotel we where booked in as a big group which can be bit chaotic i suppose, the room was actually not to bad it looked like it had just been refurbished the problem was the food in the restaurant was disgraceful it wasn't great at all and staff weren't to pleasant either. From arrival to departure there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this hotel or the staff at reception. Whatever happened to Northern Hospitality? I had the misfortune of interacting with 2 different receptionists and neither one showed any interest in my arrival, departure or my requirements. Even the most basic of reception skills were sadly missing from both...

Location great for Manchester Airport. Restaurant serves nice reasonably priced food. Downside is that the hotel smelt musty, it really need updating. Worn carpets and decor still set in the 70s. I am sorry but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Used the hotel and car park instead of airport. Room rather dated and in need of refurbishment. Corridor carpets well worn. Restaurant food good value for money. Long stay Car Park - 1 week - is remote from the hotel and although under CCTV surveillance there are no secured boundaries. Chose to park nearer the hotel near the health spa....

Stayed at this hotel night before and night after our flights to and from Goa. Both times the team are very friendly and helpful, rooms are basic but have everything you need for one night stay- breakfast was fantastic, a brilliant selection - something for everyone. The highlight of our stay though has to be said was the staff member...

Booked hotel due to proximity to airport, plenty of on site parking but ensure you enter your number plate within 15 minutes to avoid being issued with a parking eye notice. Reception staff were pleasant, allocated rooms 120/121 on first floor overlooking the car park. Rooms were very small, didn't even have any standard coffee sachets to make a drink....

I needed somewhere in the area to stay and fast. I also wanted a hotel pool. This place was perfect. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the quality of their sausages, but I do know they have the best staff. It's the airport Cheers, where everybody knows your name. I was shattered when I arrived and needed...

Stayed here once before. Easy to find and ample parking. Very good if flying from Manchester. Rooms comfy, bit small but normally I only sleep here. Transfer to airport £6 return very good. Dinner menu 2 for £29 including glass of wine. It's the best way to do it. Arrive day before, relax, leave car and go to airport. It...

On arrival the reception staff were ill-informed and lacked basic knowledge of meal times and spa facilities. When asked about the spa, one member of staff said that he doesn't use it as he would rather use the village spa instead. We paid £6 each to use the facilities and found this to be way over priced. The hot tub...
