Booked this a friend was getting married nearby. It was a 4 hour journey for us and dint want to travel in our outfits for the day. I called the hotel a few days before our stay & spoke to Adrian who said he would do his best for us to have our hotel room slightly early. Arrived on the...

Stayed here whilst visiting some family who live nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms as expected, were clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is convenient to get out and about and there are good links to major roads. Could not fault it really. Ask for a room in the new annexe as it has Air Con,...

Nice clean hotel, staff are helpful. Ate at the restaurant in the evening and also breakfast and could fault either.. husband still going on about his amazing desert. Just of the motorway so the hotel is perfect for a stop off when on a long journey.

Stayed here for a stop over on our way to Torquay. The beds are as comfortable as they say. Very clean and staff very friendly. Eating next door was also very good. Had a loud snorer next to us but that's not there fault. Over all good stay.

We overnighted here on the way to Devon as the hotel is ideally positioned. It was the usual Premier Inn with decent sized room, clean and had good safe parking right outside the reception door. The man on reception (evening) was really nice and helpful. We went across to the Brewers Fayre for a meal which was reasonably priced and...

Right kids. Reviewing a Premier Inn is pretty simple because, at the end of the day, they’re all largely the same. Yes, some have car parking and some don’t. Yes, some have a bar and restaurant in the hotel and some have a separate pub next door. Other than that, we’re taking generic hotels at their finest. The Premier Inn...

Arrived about 11.30pm after a long day and a 200 mile drive. I was knackered and probably in a foul mood. I think I probably just grunted at the guy behind reception (sorry!) but as soon as I got into my room the familiarity you get put me totally at ease straight away. It really helps knowing the bed is...

The hotel is well positioned off the M5 and we stayed two nights on our way to Cornwall from the north. The first room allocated had a bad smell probably from the drains, I complained to reception and the room was changed immediately. A Brewers Fayre is attached to this Premier Inn, my husband and I did not eat there...

The usual Premier Inn room and service. Excellent staff on reception, particularly helpful and friendly and just the right place to stay for the National Lido Conference. Best of all this town has a wonderful heated outdoor pool. Makes for a great combination.

We paid for breakfast but everything had run out. Had to wait for coffee mugs, orange juice. Poached egg we ordered never arrived. The scrambled eggs were chopped up boiled eggs!Took ages to refill and was lukewarm. Reception just told us to complain to the restaurant, not their problem but it was them we had paid!
