Whatever you do, do not stay at this hotel! It is nothing more than a glorified B&B! Noisy neighbours who kept us up until 4.00am despite calls to reception. At least 8 calls to their Head Office to discuss have been made without response even though they always promise to ring back. Their tag line is "a good night's sleep"...

Very reasonably priced nice rooms clean and bright, good breakfast lincluded inprice. Unfortunately we were given a room in the eaves and the shower was on a low sloping wall so both being quite tall this was very awkward. We also were unfortunately next door to a very noisy couple who kept us awake most of the night with music...

We stay here quite often as it is well located for us and decent value for the location. Usually ask for rooms in the main house as these tend to be quitter. The place is undergoing a full refurb after a few years of being run down. My room seemed to have been one that was recently done quite nicely...

The walls are thin the doors all slam Televisions can be heard left right up. The guests don't give a hoot about shouting The windows are not soundproof and the main road traffic floods in The rooms are cheap and cheerful But the annex is anything but

The room was so tiny, it smelled we had flies in the room, our room backed onto the bins so I guess this was why! I wanted to close the window but it was A warm day, so we asked for a fan, they didn't have any. The remote was missing, so we went and asked for one. they gave...

I was greeted with "We want to make an impression" and they certainly made that. First room card key didn't work...not an issue as happened in the best of the hotels. The replacement key worked but revealed that I had been given the key was to someone else's room. Having got the key for the right room, I had to...

Business stay so it was really important to be able to use the internet. Unfortunately, I got there at 3 pm and not matter how hard the staff tried, it did not work until 11 pm! The room I stayed in was dated although suitable for a night's stay. The bathroom was very new though and clean. Only issue was...

We stayed 2 nights here as my elderly relatives live up the road. For the money we were pleased with the room and the facilities which were clean and tidy. We were in the absence across the road which was nice and quiet. The only disappointments were the iron not working and the temperamental heating which let to a very...
