We booked the hotel as you accept pets, but we were very disappointed that we could not take our dog in the bar. We felt that this should have been mentioned when we asked if we could bring our dog. It spoilt our catch up with our Grandsons.

Definitely in need of refurbishment as it resembles more of youth hostel in a ski resort than a hotel. The only good thing going for it is the distance to the train station for Liverpool. Wouldn’t want to stay again and wouldn’t recommend unfortunately unless it has been bought

We had 1 dog with us but I'm sure as long as you don't have a ridiculous amount they will be fine with this. Sorry for late reply.

Dear Ozzie2011, Yes we do generally accept all breeds, the cost per pet is £5. We ask that all dogs are kept on a leash when on the hotel grounds. If I can be of further assistance please call 01928 581 771

If u book direct its free. If not get vouchers from reception. About £6 for 3 days. Dont go online and buy it it cost a fortune. Nearly £30 for 2 days and 2 devices. The system is good though and reliable
