Dated and miss matched furniture, bed was comfy, 2 out of 5 breakfasts didn't get to my door ( ordered continentals as leaving to early for sit down food ) , food was good in main bar, patio seating area and a beer garden, friendly staff, too expensive for the quality of the rooms hence 3 stars

The room we had was excellent. Only one small complaint which was the tiny washbasin with a broken plug. Room was very spacious, looked out over the outdoor seating area. Windows which open - always welcome! The meals were good, lovely breakfasts as well. The bar seemed well supported and the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

We used Tesco Vouchers for a 2 night stay and found the reliable and value for money quality of the Old English Inns. Our room was rather small and there was no bedside table or light for one bed, window gap in the bathroom. Our dinner was outstanding, I had the largest beef rib with pulled pork, while my wife... We chose this hotel because of its location. A pleasant village setting near Chartwell certainly was a factor in choosing it. I am a fan of old English hotels. I like quirks in the experience that are particularly English. After reading many negative reviews I was pleased to see most of the newer reviews were quite good. I could only... More

Stayed here in the days surrounding our wedding in Westerham and it was absolutely perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 of the 18 rooms, but popped into to lots of the other room as family were staying too. Rooms are quite impressive and the bridal room was beautiful! We had a meal in the evening one night... More

As a regular customer of the lovely Kings Arms Hotel - Karen and the team always excel themselves with great warm and friendly customer service - always attentive - foods always really good. A venue I wholeheartedly recommend if you are planning to be in the Westerham area.

I stayed in the Kings Arms Hotel one night for a business trip. It was ideal for what I needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, they may need updating but for £60 including breakfast I felt like it was good value. The hotel itself is very close to the m25 so perfect for travellers that don't wish to venture... More

This place is suffering from legacy issues. Locals we knew didn't rate it all. It is clearly a decent old pub with rooms, under relatively new management and a refurbishment programme. The downstairs has been mostly done up and some refurbishment of the room had taken place, although apart from the bed, some of the furniture needed updating and the... More

Visited overnight when visiting Chartwell. Room was huge with enormous bathroom. Food at breakfast was freshly cooked and evening meal was OK. Good pub grub. Very few people about though except in bar.
