After working a night shift I was staying in the hotel desperately trying to sleep, but was constantly disturbed by a member of staff on her phone. I could her this as non-English women who should have more consideration for visitors of the hotel. However, when I spoke to another lady in the hotel she was very polite and apologetic....

I live in St. John's and the Rowbarge is my local. The new management is a great addition to the pub helping keep the local pub local and making it a great place to visit. All the staff are friendly and there for any needs you may have. The service and quality of products served are great and nothing is...

I live in St. John's. The Rowbarge is my local pub. I am a frequent visitor. The pub has a much needed new landlady and when she is present, the pub is run professionaly. However, as I experienced recently, when Pauline is absent, disarray can strike. On more than one occasion, I have enjoyed the Sunday carvery at The Rowbarge....

I have great memories of staying at The Rowbarge over the last ten years as I have been a resident on a number of occasions whilst on business trips from Australia. I would rather stay here than anywhere else because the food is fabulous and the staff are very attentive. I got to know the locals very quickly as it...

Popped in for a quick bite on the way home, fairly busy outside full inside as it was a nice day. Good ale and lagers on tap, we both went for Burgers. The Burgers are massive and are very tasty, the waiting staff very good indeed. We had a choice of chunky or skinny fries. Enjoyable meal, been several times...

What a huge dissapointment! Uncosy dirty room. Bad bathroom. It was ment for disabled people, but I'm not disabled. The sink was very low. I had to sit on my knees to brush my teeth. They promised to refund me an certain amount, as I left after the first night ( I booked four nights) but they never did.

Had our Christmas Do there for 30 people. Food was very good and staff were fantastic. The meals were served at the same time, so no one was waiting for the rest to start eating. Everyone in the party was very satisfied. Thank you Rowbarge !!

Needed a room for a one night stay before an early morning interview. Decided on the Rowbarge as hotels near by were much more expensive. On arrival I found all the staff I spoke to really friendly and welcoming, the room was large for the price of £65 and although a little tired it was definitely value for money. Bed...

We needed to find somewhere to hold a wake after a funeral at Woking Crematorium. So we came here for lunch a week or so ago, which we thoroughly enjoyed. More than just typical pub food. As a result we asked if they could cater for our relatives and friends after my mother-in-law's funeral at the nearby crematorium. We chose...
