We booked two days at Springbank B&B at the end of May. The booking was very easy and straightforward, with many information in the emails. We were warmly welcomed by Betty and Kenny, and a plate of wonderful home baked cakes and coffee. The room and house are modern and spotlessly clean. The sea view from the terrace and breakfast...

I was lucky to get the room as the weekend was busy. The owners Betty and Ken gave me a warm welcome with some delicious home baking and a pot of tea. The room I stayed in was immaculate and the views from the living room are stunning, especially at sunset. The property is in an incredible situation, The side...

We stayed here for 2 nights and what an amazing stay. We were welcomed by Betty and Kenny who were fabulous hosts. After they showed us to our room, they treated us to tea and home made cakes and biscuits which were so tasty. They certainly know how to bake :-) They were so friendly and easy to talk to...

Betty and her husband run a very smart B&B in their home, having lovely views over to Islay. There's a very welcome cup-of-tea and home-made cake and biscuits on arrival. I was on a cycling holiday, and my bike was stored in the garage overnight. The renowned Achamore Gardens adjoin Springbank, so are just a very short walk away

Spotless double room and en-suite bathroom, with tea making facilities and more home baked shortbread and biscuits. Betty is excellent host and provided lost of useful information about the island. Watch out for the bunny...

Springbank is the best B&B I ever stayed in. Betty and Kenny are the kindest of hosts and always make me feel welcome (I've stayed three times sofar). Their food is delicious, the location tranquil (near Achamore), and the rooms comfortable like home. Its an altogether perfect place for a chilled out / pampered time. Highly recommended.

This is a top class place to stay with two wonderful hosts. The previous 34 posts are a fair reflection I am sure of a wonderful experience as a base to explore and relax on a small island just an inexpensive ferry journey from the Scottish mainland.
