Quiet bed and breakfast with large clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and views of the ocean with icebergs! What more can you ask for? Fabulous breakfasts with different hot choices each of the two mornings. Hot toast served with three choices of homemade jams, as well as cold cereals and friendly conversations with fellow guests. Homemade slippers to wear in the home were available at the door too. If available, get one of the patio suites with a deck overlooking the water and a private door too.

Pleasant room. Shared balcony that other guests walk by to get to their room. Breakfast was between 8 and 9am however...the table seats 10 only 2 people are served at a time. We had to wait in the sitting area. Eat cereal on our laps. None of us got the full cooked breakfast that was included in our room. So very poor value. Only one person in the kitchen cooking for 16 guests !!! Management needs to re think this . When we asked where the kurig pods where to make coffee we were told . I don't make coffee til 8am! Very very disappointed. Poorly managed! Hight price for a bed and breakfast with no breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights and the experience was far below anyone's expectation. We arrived and had to wait outside in a miserable weather as there was no way to get into the Iin. We called the Iin number and was told that we arrived 1 day too early, strange because I communicated directly with the Iin a week before and was told that the room was available for 2 nights. Adding to the unpleasant welcoming, the mattress was uncomfortable. Woke up in the morning with no breakfast. The fridges were dirty. The place was sold as bed and breakfast and there was no breakfast. There was one open orange juice in the fridge and other used things that I didn't even bother to check as the fridge was dirty. Bagels were there somewhere and some cereals provided without fresh milk. The cleaner was so rude, passing behind my chair at the dining table with her cleaning bucket and stuffs, didn't say excuse me, and with unfriendly face pushed my chair away to give sign that I was in her way, as if there was no other way to pass, she could go around the dining table instead, unbelievable. Overall experience, the worst.

First the good things, rooms are nice (your basic hotel room) and the contactless check in was efficient. However…the towels smelled musty and there was only a slice of the ocean visible from the deck, mostly obscured by the neighbours junky backyards. Street shoes are not allowed inside and slippers were provided at the front door. I can understand not wanting people coming through in dirty footwear but I did not relish the thought of putting my feet into dirty slippers that who knows what foot has been in. Perhaps disposable booties would be a more hygienic option. The breakfast was pathetic. Two pancakes with two breakfast sausage were placed before us with zero conversation from our “host”. We weren’t offered seconds, the coffee was terrible and the server/ host did not even turn around when I popped my head in the kitchen to say thank you. Find somewhere else to stay.

We spent 3 nights here in June 2022, in the Blue Whale and Minke rooms. They weren't overly large rooms but very comfortable and had ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed the rotating breakfasts that were prepared. There is a large tv in dining/living area on the main floor. I would suggest they add some lighting there as it was quite dark and so you couldn't read. We really liked the opportunity to interact with the other guests at breakfast, where everyone was friendly and shared their travel stories. The location was good and there is a balcony on the second level from where you can watch the sunset or just relax. There was no staff on site most of the day so that would be my one small negative comment. I would recommend Admirals B&B as a great place to stay in Twillingate.

We had a good two nights there, nice balcony, sufficient bathroom and super easy self check-in. Also, the lady making breakfast was very hearty. The full breakfast is typical for the area (we got pancakes and sausages one day and toast and eggs the other) but don’t expect a buffet or so. Located a bit outside the center, the town center is a good 15-20 mins walk. Additionally, we were able to do our laundry but nowhere else did we pay 10$ (so far it was included or at max. 5$).

Nice Bed and Breakfast. Central location, view of ocean from the deck. Large room, comfy bed. Easy check inn (no contact). Breakfast was nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would recommend it as a great place to stay in Twillingate.

This is the best place we stayed on our late season 10-day road trip around Newfoundland. As soon as we opened the door to the B & B, I knew we would stay there! The décor was modern and beautiful, cleanliness was impeccable, and the room itself was lacking nothing. Our partial view of the ocean and our own balcony added to the enjoyment. The rooms are all soundproofed, and the stay was therefore very quiet. It was wonderful in the morning to smell a hot breakfast being prepared as we walked down the stairs. And such a spread for breakfast, all beautifully presented. Rhonda, who is the chef in the morning, and total caretaker of the rooms, does an amazing job. We thank her, and Tina and Derek for providing this lovely B & B to us. We would not hesitate a second to recommend it to family and friends.

This is a lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern. Wifi and tv included with stay. Breakfast was lovely, pancakes and sausages and there was cereal, yogurt and fruit as well! Definitely worth every penny!! Would recommend to everyone to stay here.

Spent the night in the seven room bed and breakfast in Twillingate and had an absolutely fantastic stay. Owners Derek and Tina treated us like royalty. Had a campfire when we arrived, a fantastic nights sleep and then a beautiful breakfast prepared by Chef Derek. Where else can you go down to get an evening cup of coffee and be invited to join the owners for a drink of rum. If the Admiral Bed and Breakfast is available when you're coming to Twillingate don't even bother looking at any other accommodations. My only regret is that there are not more stars on the rating scale. This place is absolutely off the hook wonderful.
