We stayed three nights at Sleepy Noggin. Our room included bathroom with shower, fridge, TV and ample closet space. The owners greeted us at this spacious home on arrival and each morning Wanda prepared a breakfast to remember. There was everything on the table one could imagine including locally-made preserves; a generous hot breakfast was served with choices of tea and an endless supply of coffee. Our experience relaxing in the evenings and at breakfast with other guests was really great. There is a nice front veranda for afternoon relaxing. Wanda was able to answer many questions about the area and way of life in this quaint Town. Sleepy Noggin's location in Town is in a quiet area but close to things. We spent a lot of time walking from there and exploring the area.

This was the first "real" B&B we stayed in in Newfoundland. It is actually Eric and Ruth's home. Most others we stayed in the owners were not on the premises. Their home is lovely, quiet, peaceful...beautifully decorated. And breakfast was amazing, homemade bread, jam, muffins, freshly made eggs, ham. Our room was on the first floor, comfy queen bed with lovely cozy sheets and quilt, and a nice ensuite bathroom. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer, and after reading these other reviews we missed Eric's accordion playing. They also gave us great tips about some hikes which we thoroughly enjoyed, big rocky outcroppings looking over the sea. Also the room rate was the best we had on our entire vacation.

Room Tip:Â We had room #3 and it was lovely, at the front of the house, main level.

Stayed for 3 nights. The house is spacious and well organized. The upstairs twin bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfasts were wonderful with a great chance for visiting with hosts and guests. The highlight was the hosts. Friendly with great advice and directions. Eric's accordion serenades were most appreciated.

While visiting this lovely B&B we found the home clean, bed comfortable owners friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. Having the B& B located right in Twillingate was convenient I love visiting the town of Twillingate.

We arrived to a note on the Door "Kathy, across the road up the hill". Eric was building a new viewing deck for Ice Bergs. The weather was snowy and foggy this May day, the warmth and welcoming from Eric and Ruth made all the difference. our room was cozy and the bed was the most comfortable, almost like home. the next day breakfast was wonderful with homemade muffins, bread, and jam. along with the perfectly pouched eggs and very yummy sausage. Thanks again for opening your home to us.

This was a very welcoming and comfortable B&B. Eric & Ruth exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was exceptional in quality, choices and taste. A highlight was the musical entertainment provided by Eric during breakfast. Wish we could have stayed another night. Book this one early/

Eric and Ruth are welcoming hosts in this very well run B and B. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and breakfast very good. Our only quibble was the in bedroom toilet and shower arrangement which was fine for one night but made the room very small.

We spent 4 nights with Ruth and Eric and enjoyed every day with them. Their home is neat, clean and the rooms are the same. Breakfasts are a treat with home made bredsm jams and oatmeal. You are made to feel like part of the family. If you are visiting Twillingate, this is a great place to stay.

We were glad to have 2 nights here. The room was clean, spacious, and attractively decorated with comfortable beds. We were immediately provided with a map and information about Twillingate and booked for the Split Pea concert for one evening and the dinner theatre for the next. Breakfasts were fresh and home-made. Eric's impromptu accordion concert topped off our visit the second morning. Ruth and Eric were wonderful hosts.
