My husband and I stayed in the Black Island room for three nights. We ate out, but could have cooked our meals in the room seeing that it has a full size fridge and stove. The bathroom was larger than most of the hotel rooms we’ve stayed in NYC. Our room was extremely clean and organized. I loved the NL art (I thought that was a very special touch). The view from our room window and the patio was amazing. We watched the sailboats coming and going. The villa is located in the center of the town and walking distance to Wolfrey’s Pond, which we did during our last night there. While staying here we visited Twillingate one day and did the Badger Chute Whitewater rafting on another day. I must add that there is a coffee place called the Kinden cafe that serves espresso, lattes, etc, and it’s just a couple of buildings to the right of the Islands Villa. My husband and I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here for three nights in June. Our room was large with a full kitchen and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very luxurious looking with a large tub. The location is beautiful, right on the water, with a dock, barbecue and fire pit. The price was very reasonable for the quality of accommodation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Islands' Villa.

A one night stay on our way to Twillingate to stay at a B&B. A very well appointed unit looking out on the water of Indian Arm. Had we known that it was so nice, we would have booked longer. Great location to explore the local area. Unique way of checking in. Very clean and uniquely furnished. Would definitely return here!

We needed an accessible place in Lewisporte and we were not disappointed. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a wonderful view of the ocean. Roll in shower was pretty good but the controls could have been closer to the bench. Loved having the kitchen. Staff were very friendly and the room was impeccably clean.

Always a pleasant stay even in the winter months! Stayed here several times for sporting events with the junior high or high school girls! Great for a whole team by booking the 6-7 rooms! All fully equipped efficency units with full size kitchens designed for 4 person settings . All beautiful handmade designed NL decor rooms with 2 queen beds or king! Well maintained and Jennifer the owner is great to deal with! Great location if you did day trips on the Road to the Isles, Fogo, Change Islands , Gander , Grand Falls etc!
