Although the beach is gorgeous. There were no services while sitting at the beach or even the pool. You have to fetch for ur own drink. Rooms were so old they only renovated the bathrooms. Resort is clean. Entertainment is great. Social team pick the guests and show prefered

The beach and pool service right now is a point that we need to solve and we are working to solve it rather sooner than later. We would like to explain you that our hotel is carrying out a refurbishment project since it has been open for 19 years. One of the most important aspects on this project are rooms; this is a major task, which is why we must go step by step. It is true that food is one of the most important aspects to consider when coming to Cuba. This was our third visit and our friends fourth, the food was not in the same league as it was last visit and there were shortages of potatoes,of ingredients for Margaritas and no bacon for breakfast ! The bedrooms now need an upgrade to retain their star rating BUT the Staff

It is true that our standard section is in need of renovations; that is why our hotel is carrying out a refurbishment project since it has been open for 19 years.
