Hotel was decent, rooms were ok, staff was great but hotel requires a lot of TLC. The establishment does not provide WIFI, does not own a restaurant, vending machines, ice machine, complementary water NOTHING!!! Upon arrival there was a great atmosphere at the hotel lobby, music was playing seemed lively. Everything at the hotel is separately owned by someone. Pool...

Nice location. You'll need a Jeep to enter the resort due to the infinite holes in the entrance road. I've travel around the world but this is the worst customer service I've seen. The resort needs some love. The room itself is scary. Bathroom door broken. TV does not go off you have to disconet it from the plug. Towels...

Food was decent drinks were horrible but it does have great views we were the only ones there sits on the other side of the island compared to other establishments. To us it's not worth the drive the young bartender tried but to no avail

I have been to this place about three times since it opened a few years back, and it use to be a great place, not anymore apparently. We went during slow season, which you would assume give them more time to prepare since is not as busy. Not the case. The rooms where filthy, literally, the floor look like it...

First of all. It's not a hotel. You can call them villas or whatever but this is not a hotel. We were met by Neftali at front desk which told us rudely at 2:00pm that are our room would be available at 3:00pm. We didn't say anything but almost all hotels let you check in earlier if avaible (which we...

The hotel location is beautiful. The pool overlooks the ocean and the scenery is breathtaking. However, mosquitos everywhere. When we first got into the hotel room, there were at least a dozen mosquitoes in the room. The hotel restaurant prices were at a reasonable price for breakfast. The breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and ham was only $4 and it...

Don't stay here...not only is it far off the beaten track but the property is in such disrepair I cringe when I think about it. First, the service was terrible at check-in - we waited 20 minutes while the attendant chatted up the only other person staying there. And he kept us waiting about 20 minutes more while he checked...

A picture says a thousand words, so I suggest you look at the pictures I posted. Plus our water heater didn't work. It was all dirty and when we arrived there was a giant turd in front of the door. The only good thing about the hotel is the friendliness of the people who work there. We specially enjoyed the...

Let me start with the positives...the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The ocean view was awesome! The staff was super nice and very helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. Now the not so good...There were no washcloths, very little hot water, water leaked through the front door when it rained. The restaurant wasn't...

There were no other availabilities on the island of Culebra so we were stuck wit this "Hotel". We arrived at the "Reception" and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. The Hotel could have once been stunning, but it felt completely run down and abandoned. The property has been divided into individual ownership, so some of the rooms...
