My husband and I stayed at Casita Tropical in March 2019. It was comfortable, clean and cozy. Plus we enjoyed the tropical decor. Owner Molly is a great host plus she's a lot of fun. She goes out of her way to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Affordable price. Close to Flamenco Beach and airport. Highly recommend Casita Tropical.

The guest house is located near airport - good enough if you are driving. The house is old but clean. The bed is too soft for us, and the AC is quite noisy. There is no wifi signals in the room that we stayed. That was frustrating. In the morning the whole area had a electricity down but it was not the owner's fault. The owner Molly is friendly, and she offered to upgrade us free of charge during our stay. She also offered to provide us some snorkeling equipments but those did not work well. I would recommend visitors bring their own snorkeling gears or go to the Tamarindo beach to rent some (Rental bus came at 9-10AM). We are not disappointed but this place is not "amazing" as described in some reviews either.

I’m sorry that the house with air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and living room did not suit you...most people are thrilled with getting a whole house for such The low price of $80 I’m surprised that the bed was too soft for you as the mattresses is firm with A 1 inch memory foam on top of it. I tried both of your mask and snorkel after you left and they worked perfectly, If you recall I ask you to try them in the pool before you left to make sure they fit your face properly, I have at least 30 mask and snorkel’s to fit all sizes but I noticed you left without trying them. Sorry that you didn’t have electricity for the short time in the morning as you said no one else did either but that is being rectified today as a matter fact my solar system is to have installation completed today!!!! Molly's casita tropical is super clean and comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and inviting. It is airconditioned and relaxing. There is a refreshing outdoor shower under a atar fruit tree for use after beach time. Molly will take you snorkeling and can provide the snorkle gear! Molly lives on site in case you need her, but she respects your privacy. All the rooms have privare enterances, and you are minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this place!

The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Excellent location, safe and quiet. Pool was a plus. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Culebra. Molly made sure we were well settled and was very kind taking us along her snorkeling morning routine. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

This place was simply incredible! The rooms were beautiful and clean. Molly was soooooo awesome! Provided us with snorkeling gear, took us to the best spots on the island, recommended great places to eat and treated us like family. This is a vacation that I will always remember, due solely to the Wonder ful hospitality of Molly and Casita Tropical. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants a wonderful island getaway.
