The service was great, they changed rooms so my friend and I were across from each other. The rom was clean and ready and the staff were all exceptional to deal with. I got the best rate over the phone directly to the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great if you have something on at Panthers but $215 for a basic room, not including breakfast or Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds, room was everything you need. But overpriced. Not good value for money . Locals that we were with all say that the Mecure is known as not good value

I stayed here a few days during a business trip. The main draw here is the proximity to the rugby club (I think it is the Panthers) that is next door as there are multiple restaurants and bars here that are a very easy walking distance from the front door of the hotel. There are also some "quick" options including...

$249.00 Room Rate only for a room which was no better than a cheap motel room. No secure parking, one had to park in the public carpark which catered for the patrons of the Penrith Panthers. No restaurant. Patrons have to eat at the Penrith Panthers next door BUT they make you become a member for $2.20 (not much BUT...

This hotel suited our needs as out-of-Towners visiting family over Xmas. Was very surprised that we were able to book the place at short notice during the busy holiday period. Nice, clean facility that is a stones throw away from Penrith Panthers and other amenities. More than happy to book with you in future.

Spent the weekend at Penrith Panthers precinct to do indoor skydiving, aqua golf, aqua park and cable park and had a blast. Most convenient accommodation was onsite at The Mercure...staff were friendly but not very proactive in offering advice or tips on getting around the precinct or other hotel benefits like access and directions to the Panthers Club or all...

We stay at the Mercure a few times during the year and always enjoy the convenience in regard to it's location. There's lots to do locally for our teen children and the large club next door is a great place to eat and socialise.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to the Blue Mountains. Its position in Penrith and proximity to the Western Highway made it a convenient stopover for us. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We were given vouchers for welcome drinks for our Le Club Accor status, but didn't get the chance to use...
