I walked the BOF walk with my partner recently and we had an absolutely fantastic time. There were many, many highlights. We were blessed with great weather and the view as we passed the lighthouse, went up a slight rise and then looked southward at the Bay of Fires was breathtaking. A swim in the surf on a pristine beach...

This is an Outstanding trip! Beginning with the guides reviewing what we needed and helping us transfer our stuff to better packs, at Quamby, to delivering us to our hotel in Launceston after the trip, it was all very well done. I was particularly thrilled by the cold beer and fabulous dinner at the first "camp", since I was expecting...

Only by experiencing this trip can you really appreciate how truly unique it is. It is an easy walk if you are fit, with plenty of stops along the way. We booked out the trip with 5 couples, which I would highly recommend as it just added to the enjoyment by knowing that we all were great friends to begin...

I walked the BoF with my mum in January and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We met our guides at Quamby who made sure that we had all we needed in our packs and that we were comfortable. The coastal scenery of the National Park and BoF could not be faltered. We followed Long white sandy beaches each day...

From the moment we started our walk till the last day we could not fault the experience we had with the Tasmanian walking company. Our guides were knowledgeable and very helpful and we were blessed with perfect weather. The walk itself was not terribly strenuous walking along some amazing beaches & dunes crossing large boulders and forests & the kayak trip...

My Husband and I have just returned from the 4day/3night Bay of Fires Walk and stay at the Lodge run by the Tasmanian Walking Company. This was fabulous from the moment we were picked up. Our guides Erin, Holly and Oliver were superb, knowledgeable, energetic, superb cooks and great company. The scenery was gorgeous and our stay at the lodge...

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The guides, Eric and Maddie, were outstanding-- knowledgable, pleasant, entertaining, and wonderful cooks and hosts. The scenery was breathtaking and the lodge top notch. It really married the beauty of wilderness camping with the luxury of a 5-star hotel. We saw wildlife, amazing sand dunes and beaches, and remarkable forests. Highly...

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the guides, scenery, accomodation, food and company, it was magical. As a hike, it wasn't too strenuous for someone moderately fit and and hitting middle 50's. The guides are what make this tour exceptional. We were fortunate to have a "probationary" guide as well as the two regular guides and only...

Loved our bay of fires walk. The whole thing capped off with this beautiful eco-lodge sitting by the sea in such a beautiful wild and remote part of the country. Awesome food, walk guides and accommodation.

This experience well and truely worth the $'s paid. From beginning to end we were guided by knowledgable and caring personnel. The meals provided were all fresh and healthy, and well proportioned - no-one would go hungry. Accommodation, particularly the lodge was beautiful and comfortable, and entirely appropriate to the location. And the walk itself - stunning.
