This is the second time that we've stayed at Roseveare's and I have to say that it has improved considerably. The staff are much friendlier and obviously want to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. The cabins are self contained and well stocked with kitchen items, audio-visuals, storage space and a separate bedroom and living area. The views along the...

Rosevears Retreat provided a lovely weekend escape. Our studio accommodation was perched among the gum trees with views of the Tamar Valley wine district. The apartment was warm, modern, clean and comfortable. There was no shortage of wine in the fridge, including a cheese platter package from Ashgrove Cheeses. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A great place to...

Well fitted out self-contained accommodation. Shame we were just there for one night as it would be nice to stay for a weekend. If you want to eat out you will need to drive.

As fairly frequent visitors to Launceston who have stayed in a large variety of places in and around the city, this is now our place of choice. It is spacious, clean and modern with fantastic views that take the breath away - especially early in the morning with the mist lifting off the river, and the first rays of sun...

The key to this establishment is the term retreat and that’s where it both excels and earns a couple of niggles. Architecturally these units have ‘Wow’ Factor to die for, all the views are over the Tamar River and they are fantastic. Internal design is fantastic and the floor to ceiling window beside the bath made soaking in the tub...

We knew exactly what to expect on arrival at Rosevears Vineyard Retreat but were really impressed by what we found and wished that we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. We loved the location - just 10 minutes by car from the Launcestoun cataract; close to supermarkets and bakeries for provisions. The view over the vineyard and Tamar Valleywas...

We were blown away by the magnificent views when we arrived at our studio apartment! The views of the vineyard and the river was fantastic and really good value for the price we paid for ($150). It was spacious and clean. We stayed in 4 different Locations over 2 weeks in Tasmania and this is by far the best. Apparently...

Possibly because we had just stayed at another cottage with water views that was way beyond our expectations, our stay at Rosevears was a little luke warm. The cottages are well sited with views out over the Tamar however they are attached to their neighbors - as in each cottage has a common wall with its neighbor - so you...

What a lovely room, with a fantastic view of the vineyard and bay. We arrived late without organizing a late checkin but the friendly staff member Hayley had already organised this so it was a very stress free arrival after a long drive from port Arthur. When we opened the door to go in we were overwhelmed of the location...

Thanks to a booking error, we managed to get hold of 3 apartments for our group meaning we each had our own apartment! They were stunning. New, modern and with a breathtaking view of the Rosevears vines. Beautiful surroundings with excellent amenities in the rooms, this place was awesome and allowed us to seriously recharge our batteries. The only issue...
