We often stay here, when we have family events this side of Melbourne. We usually stay in room 203, it can be set up for a trundle bed (with two doubles, making it a 5-person room - max capacity). I wish there were lifts however, travelling with 3 kids & infant up stairs can be tricky with luggage. Undercover parking...

This place needs a facelift very badly. Dinner at Natalie's on site was 4/10. Buffet breakfast was truly horrendous. Cold and old! Place has potential but is tired and in desperate need of some investment. This is a $100 max per room venue. I stay in hotels all over melb. This was pretty awful.

The rooms where Pre-booked by a family member for out visit to the area. Well we was very disappointed in the rooms. The room was so old looking and need a lot of work to be done to bring it up to a good standard. In the bathroom the figures where upgrade but the old fittings was only filled in...

Stair well from car park to reception was very dirty and needed a good clean. But for $155 including Buffett breakfast it was good value

We stayed there for 5 days and we were lucky to have one of the newly renovated rooms at the online special rate. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff were very nice and patient. The restaurant has some wonderful dishes but the room service snack menu isn't too great. We had some problem with the wifi...

This Motel is in need of having some money put back into the place, wearing carpets and old paint looks very ordinary, but the service was very good by all the staff all very courteous and polite. We had a major issue when the wifi wouldn't work in our room only to be told it doesn't work in 2 rooms...

We stayed here for 8 nights and couldn't have been more disappointed with the hotel itself, the breakfast and the staff. The hotel is very tired and in need of a complete overhaul, evidenced by threadbare carpets and the tiles and grab rail falling on me while bathing at 6am one morning. We were moved to an obviously refurbished room...

The staff are very nice, the food fantastic, the bed was comfy, and that's about it for the positive reviews. The room had a water leak, while they did offer to move me after my second complaint of water coming through the ceiling, I didn't bother as I only had 1 more night to stay. When I next work in...

I will keep this short. You will get the idea. Check in-no receptionist. Ring the bell and once the very overworked (but pleasant) staff have served meals in the restaurant, they might find time to check you in. Sign on front counter tells you staff have other duties besides to check you in. Room-Torn curtains, MOULDY BATHROOM CEILING, rusty broken...
