Stunning location next to river but most facilities were fairly outdated especially for the price. Quirky attributes appeared more cheap than funky. Hosts were initially friendly but on two experiences occasions became grouchy with simple inquiries.

We stayed in a gypsy caravan at Pagoda Lodge, which is set in some lovely peaceful grounds near the river. The welcome given by the owners was great - very attentive and friendly. The caravan itself was smart, with nice touches such as cafetiere and nice bedding. It had a nice indoor sitting area as well as the outside table...

We recently went to Pagoda Lodge with family and stayed in the two bed family unit. Extremely well appointed, just lovely decor, comfortable beds and living areas. The grounds are well kept, good facilities for washing and drying. Just a few minutes from Kerikeri town centre. Will be booking again very soon.

Super cute little caravans. Bit of a mosquito haven and the rooms lacked air flow and weren't serviced but all in all the views and people were wonderful. Cute ducks, a river, stunning location and camp facilities were all well kept and clean. Thank you!!

Had a lovely time in the "gypsy caravan" for 2 nights. The outdoor bath is definitely worth the $20 extra a night for a luxury at the end of the day. The room has everything you need and all the attention to detail touches make it a great choice for accommodation. Cheaper rooms are available but no baths for those...

We stayed in the classic caravan for 2 nights. The caravan was super cute, it had a fridge and microwave and the normal creature comforts (very comfy bed), it also had two cute seats to sit on out the front of the caravan were in place along with their own tree stump tables. Shared bathroom facilities and kitchen. The surroundings...

Celebrated our first anniversary in a Gypsy Caravan site overlooking the river. Was totally tranquil, very peaceful and lots of thought had gone into detail. Private courtyard with cast iron bath where we soaked under the stars and enjoyed the salt scrub and epsom salt bath kit that was provided. Caravan very clean. Property is a gem with lots to...

We stayed in the Jade House for 7 nights and really enjoyed the relaxed and calm environment. Steve is a great host, it was lovely to discover the little touches and decor that made the place special. The Jade House has a queen size bed and it's own (modest) kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything we needed was available. The Jade...

We were in a camper van. Nice setting, beautiful grounds, good location to explore Kerikeri from. Communal kitchen and lovely table settings to overlook River. Nice showers and good bathrooms. Everything reasonably clean. Fairly close camping Quarters. Would go back again.

We stayed in a camper van for three nights, and really enjoyed the gorgeous gardens and tranquil vibe of Pagoda Lodge. The camping area was never crowded and there was always plenty of hot water and kitchen space for the number of guests.
