After reading a lot of not so favorable reviews, I felt most were very undeserved. This is a nice hotel in a great location. Very close to the airport. Well maintained, particularly considering how busy it is. The staff is very good and goes out of their way to please.

We stayed overnight and did not roll in until after midnight. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. Like sleeping on a cloud. The one shortfall was lack of outlets or usb plugs that were easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Let me say up front, I do not care if a hotel is "dated" as long as it's still nice. Things can be old fashioned, and still clean and in great working shape. That's not really the case here. The first impression I had was that for the money they charge, it's entirely too dated. The carpet was well beyond...

I picked this hotel since I was travelng with my mother in law. I wanted to impress her and boy, does this hotel impress! Nice restaurant! The hotel staff were helpful. The decorations of the hotel were not too modern which I like, so no weird colors. The room was big and good for my needs. The hotel is big...

This hotel has all the bones of a great place to stay but it kept falling short. The staff was pleasant but didn't go out of their way to engage. The lobby was impressive. The room was ok. The bed was hard and the sheets were crunchy ( if that makes any sense.). The biggest detractor was when I checked...

Since we're Gold members they upgraded us to Club Level. From here everything went down hill. It couldn't have been worse if someone was assigned to make the stay as uncomfortable as possible. The room was very smoky. Floors had Crum's and lollypop sticks on it. The furniture was gone and we had to sit on the bed. It was...

For the money, I found the hotel unacceptable. The carpet was so stained and the floor so dirty we had to keep our socks on. Plus the tools are very loud. Also the breakfast... they stick with you a $15/person bill for a low quality and minimal selection buffet. Most hotels that charge that much have a true buffet spread....

Stayed 2 nights while visiting local colleges. Upon arrival, parking lot was well lit. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We had limited luggage but they asked if we needed a luggage rack or even assistance with our luggage. They were helpful with personal information about distances to the two colleges we would be visiting. Our rooms were exceptionally...

Top tier version for the Sheraton brand. Very friendly and helpful staff, large rooms, comfortable bed. Note that the hotel is very spread out so if you don't want to walk a lot ask for a room near the elevators.

The location was minutes away from the Salem Stadium. I especially enjoyed the customer service of the staff during breakfast. Shamika makes the best fresh omelets. The lobby provides a great meeting space for friends to gather.
