Mark and Paige are the best. We were visiting the Coast Guard Training Center in Yorktown to see our daughter graduate. We were the only guests for our mid week stay and it was incredible to have the place all to ourselves. Mark stuffed us every morning with the best B&B breakfasts we have experienced anywhere. The views of the water at sunset were amazing…..takes bottle of wine to enjoy by the pool and enjoy it. If you are visiting the area, this is the place to visit

Paige and Mark are fabulous hosts. We were certainly welcome and well cared for during our stay, from glasses of wine, specially purchased beer for my husband, homemade cookies, and the most delicious breakfast. The view is amazing looking out over the bay. The pool was a welcome addition for a relaxing afternoon. We stayed in the Roosevelt Suite, a two bedroom unit, one king and one queen are both incredibly comfortable, room is spacious and the bathroom was so nice with a large walk-in shower, jetted tub and double sinks. Perfect for a family getting ready for the day. Thank you again Mark and Paige for welcoming us into your home! You certainly made our stay special! Van especially loved the home baked cookies!

Beautiful tranquil location and grounds. Accommodations were relaxing, very comfortable, and immaculate. The attractively decorated bedroom had plenty of storage, an extremely comfortable bed, an airy bathroom with nice shower and soaking tub, and a goregous water view. Paige and Mark are so personable and hospitable. They make you feel right at home and anticipate everything you could need or want with great attention to detail. After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed and provided with a charcuterie board, beer and wine, various beverages and snacks. The breakfasts were personally cooked and plated for each guest and included an amazing desert. The food and presentation was awesome! We had such a fabulous stay! We can't wait to come back!

What a great addition to our weekend! We stayed at the Bay Tree Manor with our friends. We were all from visiting from out of town for a party. The Bay Tree Manor was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It was like being at a friends house. Paige and Mark made all of us feel right at home. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the Bay Tree Manor if you are staying in the area. We will be back.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at the Bay Tree Manor. Honestly 5 stars are not enough. Mark and Paige are amazing hosts. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The breakfasts are out of this world. Mark and Paige and their B&B is the best we have stayed in the last 18 years of traveling. This was our first visit there and we can say we feel like we are friends because they are friendly, accommodating and make you feel like that way. Thanks for a wonderful trip. V&C

Our weekend at Bay Tree Manor was fantastic. The bed and breakfast is in a great location for relaxation and activity in Eastern Virginia. We were able to relax by the pool and the dock, and also used their kayaks to venture out to a little beach close by. My husband fished every day and was able to catch a variety of fish - trout, drum, croaker, etc. He was in heaven. Paige and Mark provide excellent customer service, from allowing us to have an early check in, providing a variety of snacks (including cupcakes), alcoholic beverages, and also late check out. They serve a hearty and yummy breakfast (enough for leftovers for lunch!). The best breakfast we have ever eaten at a bed and breakfast (eggs Benedict, omelette tortilla, crepes)! The place is very quiet and peaceful and we slept really well. Definitely book with them directly for the best prices. We enjoyed our stay and already considered when to visit again!…

We had a peaceful relaxing weekend with a well appointed room, beautiful common area, and a very nice pool and yard. The location is close enough to several attractions, but just secluded enough to to quiet. You will not have a better breakfast in the state of Virginia, that alone is worth the stay.

We booked a week before we stayed. The suite was amazing for two adults and two children. Hosts are welcoming and accommodating to requests and needs. The breakfasts are five-stary in taste and presentation. The quantity will leave you fueled for whatever the day has in store. We enjoyed the pool and the children loved kayaking. We used Baytree as a midpoint between several areas of interest. Mark was able to give wonderful recommendations for eateries in different areas we traveled.

We made reservations early 2022 as we plan all trips in advance. I lost my Mom 6/22 and seriously debated cancelling the trip. We decided to have my sister and brother-n-law along. We stayed in the Roosevelt suite and the space was more than ample. The rooms look exactly like the photos. This place is made for comfort. No need goes unanswered. My fella and I enjoyed being tourists and then coming back to a beautiful pool and beautiful views. The place is stunning. The hosts are awesome. Someone mentioned it was my birthday weekend and we came home to delicious cupcakes and bubbly. I felt so special. They made us all feel so welcome. Breakfast was no small affair. We were fed like we had a day of serious manual labor planned. We only stayed four days, but we need to go back. I can hear the kayaks calling now. If you want to do something and nothing, this is the place. There’s a cute dog that waits patiently for any piece of food to drop onto the floor. I never heard it bark.
