We stayed overnight at the Inn. We stayed in a newer room just completed called the Wheatland. The room was awesome! It had a sleep number king bed, full kitchen, Keurig coffeemaker, and even had some drinks in the refrigerator! Deana and Eve were very friendly and made us feel at home. The property is beautiful with a view of...

Our family reserved the entire B&B for the celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary in August. The atmosphere was excellent, the rooms were awesome and the food was delicious. The owner is delightful, gracious and could not have been more helpful. A wonderful get away for a weekend or during the week!

This is a delightful bed and breakfast. It is very relaxing surrounded by mountains and close to downtown Staunton where you can check out shops and restaurants. The owner was wonderful and the breakfasts were fabulous. We plan to go back. The rooms were spacious and the beds were cozy. They had blue ray DVD player in the room and...

We find ourselves wanting to express how very appreciative we are for all of our guests. I don't know how many ways to say "thank you". Personally, I think we are the ones who benefit the most. Where else can you meet and really get to know so many wonderful people. Again. Thank you. We would dearly love to have...

We stayed here for 6 nights as we wanted a base for touring the main Virginian wine area and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The B&B is very convenient for route 81, and not far from the town centre where there are lots of good restaurants. Eve, Deana, and Kathy were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave...

Of course, we know exactly who you are. :) :) We enjoyed having you with us soooo much. And the feeling of being at home and hating to see you leave goes both ways. I'm concerned that there may be nothing else you want to see in this area. But we truly hope so. We would love to see you...

My husband and I stayed in the main house at the Inn at Old Virginia last week. We were driving from New Jersey to Atlanta and it was a convenient midway point. We made our decision based on access to I-85 and the pastoral setting of the Inn. After a very hard day of driving we were welcomed by Kathy...

Thank you so much for writing your review. I recall our discussions about the Classics in the Library. We have come to truly enjoy our guests who travel back and forth throughout the year. You ARE our "friends and often family". Please do not hesitate to stop in again. It's our pleasure to have you.

Myself, my husband and daughter stayed in the main house for 4 nights. The welcome that we received from Cathie on arrival was extremely warm and friendly. The room was beautiful and of a good size with a sofa bed for our daughter. The bed linen was of fantastic quality as where the towels. The antique furnishings in keeping with...

Recently my husband and I stayed for the second time at The Inn at Old Virginia while on our way to North Carolina. The setting is lovely--the main house is set back from the main road and looks very elegant, although casual. The first time we stayed we were in "the barn" behind the house. This time, we stayed in...

Charming, cozy, romantic and beautifully decorated. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and regretted not having stayed longer. The views are amazing and the rooms are perfect romantic dens. In short we couldn't have asked to be in a better place. I forget the name of our Host but she was great at making sure we were comfortable and...

I simply can't tell all of you enough how very grateful we are for each review. What a gift to us !! From the beginning we wanted the Inn to be a place where our guests could enjoy simple elegance but also be completely relaxed. We have had so many honeymoon/anniversary guests over the years. It's particularly special when we...

We totally loved to stay at the Inn. Deana was extremely helpful and friendly, and gave us good suggestions for eating out. The rooms are beautiful and with a very nice romantic touch. The beds are amazing, each side can be adjusted to your personnel needs. The suites are spacious and with a jacuzzi. Nice view.

Thank you for your kindness. We do recognize that our guests have gone out of their way to take time to post a review. It is greatly appreciated. And yes, Deana is very much an asset at the Inn. She was born and raised here in Staunton and has an excellent knowledge about most anything our guests want to know....

Stayed at The Inn at Old Virginia, in Staunton, VA, during the last week in December 2014. It was a romantic, quiet, and cozy B&B in the Shenandoah Valley. Our charming room with a view of the rolling hills was in the "Barn," which was beautifully decorated and still had some of its original doors and features. The room had...

We do so appreciate everyone's reviews. And thank you for being so detailed in your descriptions and observations about the Inn. I must say it takes a very supportive team to achieve the standards we strive for. Thanks for the compliment. (And you are right, we too feel privileged to have Deana at the Inn.) We have a number of...
