The hotel was so-so for the price. It did not have any “upscale” amenities like a terry robe or room safe; but is also lacked some basic amenities like a plastic laundry bag, disposable shower cap (which are available 5 to a pack at dollar store), writing pad/pen. The room was in disrepair: the sliding closet doors were missing hardware and off the track, there was a constant stream of water from the tub faucet, no exhaust fan in bathroom, tub lacked non-skid floor, shower curtain was 8-10 inches too long so it got soaked if left inside the tub but the floor got flooded if left outside, at least one electric outlet didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work (housekeeping provided a replacement very quickly), the coffee maker didn’t work (I lived without it), the fire alarm went off (thank goodness not in the middle of the night and fortunately a false alarm). As a courtesy, I pointed out the drip, closet doors, coffee maker when I checked out; they made a note and said the rooms were being renovated and all of this would be addressed. So, bottom line: I paid top dollar (because I wanted the ability to cancel if necessary) for a sub-par room.

While this is a lovely hotel the only breakfast you can get is a pricey buffet. McD's is. across the street. There is free coffee. No daily room maintenance under a 5 night stay. Must call for trash removal, towels, etc. Had to wait an hr. to check in. on a late aft. arrival. Parking is a bit of a hike too. Cant beat the location though, across from visitor center.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and had a great atmosphere. We were welcomed on the first day and our room was ready as soon as we got there. the room was a king bed suite the room itself was very nice and clean. now the bed could have been softer and the pillow are very soft so ask for a few extra if your a stiff pillow person. the restaurant in the hotel had amazing food!!! the breakfast was great a wonderful spread and the custom made omelets were huge!! dinner service oh the dinner service we had the burger the steak and chicken all on different nights of our week stay and it was all good just cooked to perfection! the in house bar was very nice my only complaint would be that the prices were a bit steep for drinks compared to other hilton bars that we have been at. all and all this is a hotel we most definitely will be coming back to stay at.!!!

I've stayed here twice. The first time was a disaster with about everything broken as imaginable, and the floor soggy. Terrible smell of mildew. I was happy to see the maintenance of the hotel much improved. It was now at the quality I would expect for a Hilton.

First the ac would not work properly then the toilet started leaking because the flapper in the tank was broken. I tried to call the front desk but none of the phones would work. I called from my cell phone and told them the bathroom was flooded. I wait 15 minutes for maintenance and nothing while the toilet tank is still releasing water. I use all the towels to try to control the water from getting to the carpet. I had to call a second time to finally get maintenance. I asked for the towels to be replaced. I go to work and come back extremely late to find that housekeeping never came to replace the towels or do anything in the room. When I left the next day to go to work I asked for towels and housekeeping to visit the room. Get back extremely late again and still no housekeeping. I had to go down and get towels. How is it housekeeping doesn’t clean a room for 3 days when there was nothing hanging for the door? The hallways were extremely hot and oppressive. The ac on the 5th floor by the elevator wasn’t working and the carpet was saturated with water. Worst experience I’ve EVER HAD AT A HOTEL!

As I entered the lobby I was greeted by two young kids asking for money to go to McDonalds... I think they were the staffs kids. The lobby was filled with flys. My room was not ready at check-in time. There was blood stains on the sheets, the phone in the room was dead, the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work (so it's a sauna). The hallways smell of mold and the humidity throughout the place makes me feel sick. I ordered food from the Garden Grill twice, the first time went ok. The second time they gave me someone else's order and then when they got it right, they forgot wing sauce... I called down to order a side of ranch twice before they brought it up and at that point I was done eating. This place is a mess. If I can say anything nice about this hotel, it's that the staff is friendly.

The hotel exterior was gorgeous, but the actual rooms felt very unclean. The second my family walked into our room for the night, we realized this may the be the best hotel to stay at. The bathroom floors were sticky, dirty, and had a wet towel hanging over the shower. Some of the towels had hair on them (for some odd reason.) and the beds also felt like they were unwashed. Also, during the night there was loud music playing from neighbors next door that kept us up most of the night. Overall the room felt very dirty and unsanitary.

Paying a rate of $249/ night, we were fraught with an unclean guest room, no bath linens on Check in, grossly filthy bathroom, unprofessional staff who obviously are not trained to handle successful occupancy. The excuse for everything from everybody was “We were totally booked yesterday.” and “We are totally booked today.” No guest should ever have to hear this. When asked, there was no adjustment on our rate. We just had to deal with this unacceptable situation to attend a Class Reunion that was scheduled there. Would not recommend.
