I always stay here. There are couple of reasons. Main reason is atmosphere around this motel and cleanliness of the rooms. In addition, All staff members behave good and politely. I will visit again whenever i will get a chance to come around this area.

Well, I think that's an issue between the motel and its guests, unless it somehow impacts the experience of other transient guests or residents. I suspect the presence of long-term residents says something about the local availability of affordable housing. It may be that the rent of some residents is subsidized.
