This location is very convenient to Williamsburg. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast items were extensive and plentiful even towards the end of the breakfast hour. The beds are comfortable but we didn't enjoy the overly soft pillows.

Staff is amazing! Location is great, rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was comprehensive and had a bunch of healthy options. Would have given it an excellent rating if the pool had been available. I would gladly stay here again.

Convenient location for Williamsburg. Nice hotel - will stay here again! Pets OK and pet rooms are in a separate wing so did not affect stay/sleeping in the rest of the hotel. Have stayed here both with and without pet - nice stay either way. Friendly staff!

Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Bathroom little small. Pets welcome so if you don't want pet room make sure not on 1st floor. Breakfast just ok- little messy and not cleaned up. Great location close to colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens.

This hotel has everything!! Wonderful customer service, immaculate throughout, comfy beds, nice linens and helpful staff. We were there for three nights and the customer service and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. It is pet friendly, but except for seeing pets I would have never known they were there.
