We had a two bedroom unit, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Family came over the weekend, requested high chair and pack n play, delivered immediately, they were very accommodating. Traded into this property with our timeshare would definitely recommend. Beautiful indoor as well as outdoor pool, close to all attractions.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at Williamsburg, including a great stay at The Colonies. 1) Check-In process was a breeze. We were charged the resort fee of $5 per night (or $25 per week) and a $100 hold on my credit card for possible damages. I was told to see another desk about parking passes (I needed one...

I had my daughter and her 2 children ages 4 and5 as guests. The children loved the large slide into shallow water onto a pad. They offered a small slide for younger children. The offered excursions to local attractions and even to Washington DC to the Smithsonian prices very reasonable. Rooms clean and linen changes or towel replacements offered or...

My stay at this resort was very nice and relaxing. The unit had everything you would need if you were at home. The only thing missing was the food. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. This resort is a timeshare but I wasn't bothered by the staff to make a purchase of timeshare.
