Perfect accommodation for our Fall trip. Everything we needed was provided and plenty of room to spread out. Rocking on the porch was perfect! We were cheerfully greeted and every need was met in a timely manner.

Place we stayed, wasn't to bad. My wife found hair in her bath tub. If you do stay at this property, keep in mind they deactivate your key on the day you check out. If you go out of your room, you will not be to get back in.

At King's Creek I exchanged for a three bedroom unit for a family get together with family from the east coast (I live on the west coast). I was surprised to get there and find that we had a whole house. The downstairs was divided into a one bedroom unit with a kitchen, small living room and a full bath...

We only needed a one bedroom so we ended up in what I would call the "back porch". Bathroom , kitchen with a couch in it, and a bedroom. No counter space at all. The toilet was not connected to the floor. The two bedroom unit was connected to our unit by one door in the kitchen. We could sit...

Dear Route1man, King's Creek would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We sincerely apologize for the "less than ideal" circumstances you mentioned. It sounds like you were in our 1-Bedroom Cottage suite. It is comfortably designed for 2 adults, although it can sleep 4; it does have the least square footage of all our...

We are a senior couple who visited this resort as our 11th time share exchange. Overall we really liked this stay. In September it was not very occupied so there was a lot of privacy. We were often the only people at the pool. The resort is divided into 3 sections. Townhouses, cottages, and estates - each with their own...

Williamsburg wasn't really on 'our list' but we got a deal that was too good to turn down. Four nights in a 'lovely one bedroom apartment' for a really low price and free tickets to an attraction. We booked the trip and are really glad we did. King's Creek staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check-in was quick and simple....

The entrance to our unit was dirty and had an odor - could use a good cleaning. A bit of paint would also go along way to improve the first impression. Inside the unit the kitchen counters and dining table needed a good wiping - I didn't think that was my job! When it was mentioned to the front desk...

Extremely Nice... about 5 to 6 miles from Bush Gardens... You can get right on and off the expressway... Also you can purchase food there at a reasonable cost... Minutes away from Jamestown and the Beautiful cities around there... We are already planning a Family Vacation there for next year...

Lock out units not worth the money. Unit was not well maintained. Outside door would not seal properly, therefore we had a lot of insects coming in. There were spider webs everywhere ! The outside door could not be secured from the inside. My 4 year old grandson could open the door by himself.
