A short stay of two nights to try and see as much of Williamsburg as we could was made easy by the location of this B&B which is within easy walking distance of Merchants Square and Collonial Williamsburg. The B&B is lovely from the outside and comfortable inside. The Innkeepers are Micki and Jeff but Mciki was Inn sitting elsewhere...

The room was excellent, quiet, very clean. The details - thick towels, down comforters, sleep shuttered windows. The breakfast was sumptuous - local sausage, fresh fruit, an orange filled croissant with fresh blue berry sauce - amazing. And the conversation with other guests and the hosts was welcoming and delightful. My home away from home from now on. I'll come...

Exactly what a bed and breakfast should be....pear fritatta for breakfast....soft pillows, cushy beds with just the right support...quiet...romantic.... Add in Mickie the wonder hostess, William & Mary across the street, historic Williamsburg just down the block...it doesn't get any better than this!!! Can't wait to go back for, lets see, our sixth visit!!

Wonderful B&B - Mulberry Manor, opposite William and Mary. The historical old town is tremendous with character actors and re-enactments of historical events. Great shopping and restaurants nearby - everything within walking distance of B&B

My family had booked all the rooms at this B&B for my son's graduation from the local college in Williamsburg (William and Mary). The innkeeper, Micki, was a most accommodating hostess. We were able to bring other relatives who were staying in the area for breakfast, and bring take-out in for dinner. She let us use her dishes, glasses, silverware,...

My friend and I loved the Mulberry Garden Manor! The location is perfect...right across the street from W&M and within walking distance of Mercant's Square. Our room was impeccable...quality linens, everything sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. Touches you would only see in first-class restaurants were common here: fresh fruit served in parfait glasses...
