Its plethora of amenities, including a sizable gym and pet-friendly options, complemented by the hotel's prime location for shopping and dining, make it a hit among guests. Our family sometimes stays here for one-night stay cations and it is always an awesome stay. At our most recent stay this weekend, Douglas, Maya, and Palmer took such good care of us and I didn’t even expect them to be so gracious about a couple of inconveniences. Our room was not completely cleaned when we checked in; the bathroom was still uncleared with dirty towels on the sink and our bed was still not made. When we called the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned (also wanting to be safe with the viruses going around), Douglas immediately offered an in room dining credit. Throughout the middle of the night, doors of neighboring rooms kept slamming shut so loud that it was hard for me to sleep. Other guests were talking loudly when coming back to their rooms and it was pretty annoying. When I called the front desk about that to see if I could get late check out since I was so tired and running late, Maya then offered us complimentary late check-out and to make sure we take advantage of our dining credit. It was very nice and appreciated. Thank you so much for everything! We always come back! This is the first time we’ve had inconveniences at this hotel by the way.

We had a favorable stay. Location is the best thing with plenty of restaurants to eat around and places are few minutes drive only. I recommend for garbage to be removed from the room daily and replenish toiletries as well daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will choose the same hotel on our next trip to Bellevue WA.

I came for a convention hosted at the hotel.

The hotel is located in downtown Bellevue, meaning that there are plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as a great park, nearby. There are skybridges connecting the hotel to a nearby shopping center.

Public transit buses (ST Express) connect the location to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the city of Seattle, with trips taking 30-45 minutes each way. (Note that the bus from the airport stops only at Bellevue Transit Center, about half a mile away.)

Guest rooms are split between two different towers, so make sure you know which tower your room is in so you don't use the wrong elevators.

Because of COVID-19, housekeeping was done only every fourth day (unless otherwise requested). This was was fine, but given that my stay was for five nights I wonder if I could have requested that it be moved up a day so it would be in the middle.

Meeting spaces are on the first three floors of the hotel. The two towers are fully connected on the first and second floors, so it's easy to get between the different spaces. However, on the third floor they are only connected through the auditorium (I think), so if you want to get to a meeting room on the third floor you need to use the right elevators as well.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration a wonderful experience. We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. The location allowed us to not even have to leave the hotel area and we were able to shop without stopping foot in the rain

We had a great stay here for our wedding weekend. Everyone at the front desk were beyond nice and helpful. The rooms and overall hotel was clean. There was more than enough shampoo and conditioner in the room, and they even provided tooth brushes and mouth wash. The only (small) let down was that all of our guests on our room block were not in the same building.

Checked in Thursday afternoon, a bit earlier than "check in times listed" as 4 PM I think I arrived around 2 PM to as late as 3PM. But the hotel staff were very accommodating. I was able to get my roommates' names attached to the room; without issue. I arrived by public transit, my roommates were driving in and the hotel staff told me all the details for parking that I relayed to them.

The room was a double bed; one Queen, one Full. Upon arrival the room was A/C chilled to about 68 to maybe as cool as 66!! I bumped it up to around 69 or 70, what I have mine set actually lower than living back in the GTA area in Ontario, Canada. But the room was very nicely spacious. With a standard huge TV stand and desk combo, office chair (very comfy) a little sitting chair (did not try but one roommate slept on it at least one night). The TV was MASSIVE I never did measure, but maybe 60.. 70 inch?? It was just crazy huge for what i thought was a "regular room." I never did see the local channels or hotel entertainment. But Chromecast worked great with my iPhone 8 and i was able to watch some youtube videos and play some music with a 3rd party app on the TV. I was quite satisfied with that.

I was there for a convention and the convention spaces were very nice. Rooms were acoustically lined, so the sound was very crisp and no room echo/reverb anywhere. Very impressive! The hallways and surrounding areas of the convention spaces were also gorgeous with huge tall ceilings, cool light fixtures and wall art or hanging art from the ceiling. Just an overall nice place to sit and relax between events or wander around for some exercise.

The front area of the hotel is also where there are some in-hotel restaurants and even shops! But the coolest area was just off the lobby, the 2 storey tall, huge glass domed atrium. Featured lovely plant and water feature areas around. All with sitting areas built in or comfy chairs and tables to sit and relax. With the aforementioned shops along the outer walls I know I spent a good hour or two sitting there taking it all in to unwind for a bit. Some great backdrops for group photos for sure!

Also, attached to the hotel on the South end, are a series of SkyBridges that link the hotel with connecting offices filled with more restaurants, shops and entertainment. I took full advantage of this but only went as far as the 2nd bridge before I found my favourite at the Tavern Hall.

Definitely won't hesitate return

My wife and daughter and I visited the Seattle area to look at schools for our daughter prior to relocating. We chose the Hyatt Bellevue and it was a great choice. It was very conveniently located to visit schools in Seattle and we didn't experience any awful traffic nightmares which I had been expecting. The staff in the hotel were great, every single person from maid to valets to front desk and wait staff in the restaurant were unfailingly courteous, quick to assist and warm. The room we had was perfect with two large beds for the three of us, desk and large tv etc. I personally prefer a better lighted room - the lights in the room mostly had to be individually turned on to light up the room and it wasn't super bright, though it wasn't uncomfortably dark. The shower was the main negative in that the water pressure wasn't very strong and the temperature wasn't hot enough, i.e. we had to turn it on max and wait for it to heat up to an acceptable temperature. Also I love the 13 Coins restaurant downstairs, they have awesome breakfast choices. In addition, it's attached via footbridge to several malls with lots of restaurant and shopping (though they aren't enclosed so you need to dress for outdoors to get there). Overall we were very happy with our choice and would gladly stay here again. Thanks!

My Husband and I were wanting to get away for Valentines Day. We have three kids, one of whom is 6 weeks old. We were brave to leave our babies overnight, but we needed to spend time together. Our day statted pretty rocky and then got worse when we went to check into our Hotel room and were told that my husband booked the wrong hotel. Luckily the Hyatt was able to book us a last minute room. Downside, it cost us $550 for one night. We really didnt have much of a choice so we booked it. Our original room was at the Hyatt House. We called to cancel it and explained what happened and that we would still be staying with Hyatt & in fact spending more money on a room than what we were already going to spend, but they refused to refund us costing us now $750 for one night. This was not what we were looking to spend on our first night away after just having a new baby and two other kids at home. We were very stressed out and frustrated, but just decided to enjoy the night. In the end the Hyatt Regency refunded us the room we booked with them ($550) becasue the Hyatt House would not. This blew us away. We were so impressed with that level of customer service and care that we will only book with Hyatt Regency from here on out. What amazing care. They earned themselves customer for life.

Staying at the Hyatt in Bellevue is perfect for those looking to dine and shop till you drop. The restaurants and stores are all within minutes of the Hotel. As for the hotel, it is what you'd expect from a Hyatt. Great service and very nice beds. If you don't mind spending $200-300 a night for a room and want to be close to everything, this hotel is the perfect spot for any traveler.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Booked a larger king room and it had the feeling of a suite, with a sitting area and sofa bed. We were allowed an early check in, which was quick and efficient and were given a room on the 24th floor. Nice view, but it was marred by the extensive construction going on in Bellevue at the moment.

Location was excellent, and we walked pretty much everywhere in Bellevue and only used the car for Seattle or other day trips in the area. And we loved using Bellevue as a base - the town is so clean and nice, with good food and shopping, and only 15 min to Seattle proper.

Highly recommend.
