I stayed here 5 nights in September 2016. It was a wonderful stay, and I was so pleased with the elegance and comfort of this hotel. It's in a very peaceful and residential part of Bellingham...called the Fairhaven neighborhood, and close to the waterfront. The staff was always very friendly, greeting me coming and going, and I also very much...

SuzinVT, Thank you so much for the lovely, detailed review of your time in Fairhaven! We’ve made some really exciting changes since your stay in September, including new carpeting, furniture, upholstery and artwork in all the guest rooms. We’ve updated our look but maintained the comfortable, cozy and traditional atmosphere our guests love! The disturbing first night you experienced was...

The room was spacious and nicely appointed and the bath was very nice. A modest breakfast was top quality for a quick meal. Wonderful local coffee with fresh half and half available with delicious breads for toast. Waffles looked good, too. Cookies, freshly baked, are available in the afternoons and evening. I loved being close the train station and across...

This is a pricey hotel in a sweet part of Bellingham but excellent for sleep & lounge-around enthusiasts. I love my luxury but most pricey places seem to think heavy, heavy bedding & way too many pillows will make a gal feel "rich" when additional props are just drags on the space of the room. No such drag at this...

Though we lived very close to the Inn for years, we had never stayed there before. We were very comfortable and felt well taken care of. The breakfast room rivals many European hotels we've stayed in. All in all, a great stay.

First time here, the welcome at the desk was friendly and helpful and efficient. Our room, looking east at the city, was large, with a comfy bed, speedy wifi, and plenty of electrical outlets. Central fairhaven location, and a quick two mile walk on the waterside trail. to downtown and many breweries and a distillery. Also a convenient bus to...

We live less then an hour away in Abbotsford BC but enjoy Fairhaven so much. The Inn is special and the folks who own and work there treat you like you are special.A classy yet homey atmosphere.Great restaurants nearby. They have a partnership with a great Fitness Centre.

Fairhaven is an extremely charming village and the inn is my new favorite. I cannot wait to return. I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious and lovely with a gas fireplace. We could see the bay. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. The entire inn was decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was perfect. Our...

Although we live in Bellingham, we occasionally stay at the Fairhaven Village Inn to celebrate a special date. We celebrated a birthday recently there and as usual they exceeded our expectations. Love the new personal care products, the super soft sheets and towels, the view and so excited about the new cocktail bar soon to open. Staff is exceptional! Wouldn't...

This is a quiet restful place to come to after long drive on I-5. Large comfortable rooms with working gas fireplaces. Very comfortable room, comfortable bed, too, but not hard enough for me--but that is my preference. Easy-going and helpful staff. Breakfast selection is fair. Fortunately there are many very good cafes, etc., within walking distance. Wonderful library/reading room--a great...
