Stayed here for three nights as my “base camp” while hiking/backpacking in Mt. Baker Wilderness & North Cascades NP. The staff were all helpful that made check-in/out process smooth. The location of the hotel, right off I-5, offered both convenience & variety when choosing places to eat, many of which were within walking distance.

In-room amenities were pretty typical: free WiFi (without a password, I believe), fridge & microwave, coffee machine, a pair of chairs & a small dining table as well as an office desk. The room wasn’t exactly spacious but it was nice & clean and comfortable. Although their breakfast wasn’t impressive at all (little variety and lack of hot meal), I still appreciated that they had one considering their affordable nightly cost. Overall, my stay here was pleasant, especially if I think about their affordable price.

Motel was fine and would stay there again, we had a hard time understanding the woman at desk with her mask and accent and when we asked again to repeat rules, she got upset with us because we could not understand her. We tried hard to understand. I was not aware their was a $100. damage deposit charged to our bill as we checked in, ( in case we smoked or some other damage done to the room), so I had the man, who we understood. check my room before I left to make sure it was OK., he was pleasant. When checking in to be on the safe side, I took photos of every nick on dressers, rugs, all areas so I wouldn't be charge when we left. Small breakfast was fine, bed was fine.

Too noisy. Can totally hear the conversation from the front office, upstairs, and the room next door. Room was pretty clean, considering the price. Location is pretty good. The water is pretty good in the shower. Just did not have a good night sleep.

This was an awesome place to land while visiting Bellingham. Clean rooms, free parking, continental breakfast, etc. The owner and his family run a great location and are very friendly and responsive to any needs or questions. We will definitely stay here when we are back!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked into the lobby late at night with a confirmed reservation and a confirmation number only to have the clerk tell me he had no record of my reservation. No apology, no concern, just “we have no rooms.”
When I got understandably upset about the fact they didn’t honor a confirmed reservation and said “this is screwed up” as I started to leave, the man at the desk flipped a scary switch and started screaming at me that he’s “just a person” and that he can’t “help with a reservation made in July” and then started threatening to call 911 on me if I wouldn’t leave.
What? That tells me they overbooked, had our reservation in the system, and hoped we wouldn’t show up, thus collecting double the pay for the room.
I guess I can check “get screamed at by unhinged hotel clerk” off my bucket list lol!

We stayed here for a night on our way up to Canada.
It was the perfect stop. Cheap, clean and breakfast was great. I've seen reviews that breakfast isn't great but making your own waffles, yogurts, fruit, toasts, juice, pastries, cereals and hot drinks was more than enough choice!
Would definitely stay again

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean with nice toiletries provided. Very quiet location, but close to shops and food. Full size mini fridge and microwave in the room! The king size bed was comfy and the jacuzzi tub was amazing!

The rooms were fine but nothing special. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small lobby. Small breakfast. Bagels. Waffles. Fruit. Cereal. Yogurt. Only one table to eat at and a couple couches. We had a table and chairs in our room so we ate there. It was ok for a good price.

Great rates, definitely cheaper to call for rates than going through Expedia. Recent new remodeling had been done. This place is family run and they were super friendly to me. Would stay again, especially compared to other motels in the area.
