We camped here 2 years ago because it is the closest campground to Mt. St. Helens on Hwy. 505. It was a very nice campground. They had a small restaurant that had pretty good food, if you preferred not to cook at your campsite. There are no individual fire rings, which we really like to have; but, there is a...

Mark and Dawn put every ounce of energy into their business and making sure their guests are happy. Love these folks ! They put up with me and my group of 20 high school students for many years. The kids were thrilled by the stories of life before, during and after the eruption. The hole down to the river was...

A resort were the Yurts are about $82.00 a night and cabins are close to $100.00 for one night. Quite expensive for no electricity, no private camp fire, and other comforts that are missing. Eco Park Resort rates are high and you don't get what you pay for.

There are only two guys James Bond (yes, that's his real name) and Mark who maintain the property. It is about 28 miles away from Johnston Ridge Observatory and the closest place to the observatory. They have cabins, yurts and camp sites. We camped for one night and had a great time. Would definitely consider going again, probably during winter....

We had a great time at Eco Park Resort. We stayed in Cabin 5 - my husband, me, and our two kids (ages 2.5 and 6 months). It was clean and quiet. We really enjoyed talking to Mark and James. They really put their heart into everything, which was evident from the maintenance of cabins and bathrooms, the recommendations for...

We spent last night here in cabin 4 with our 5 month old and it was amazing. Very peaceful. The cabin was very nice, clean and warm. The back porch leading to a meadow with a swing was great for this morning. The bathrooms were nice and close, we drove each time to the main lodge portion (5 month olds...

Last summer we reserved a fabulous weekend at Eco Park Resort. This facility is closed to off road traffic...Very Private! We loved that feature that it was so private! We received everything we reserved. This is a fantastic Resort. Our cabin was cozy and wonderful. The owners are very accommodating! This is a small family business with the owners doing...

We camped at Eco Park resort in mid August 2014. Apparently the owner has taken a new position as an elected county official. As a result, there were no horseback rides available and the Cafe / Gift Shop was closed - no dinner available. Breakfast was available with an advance reservation. I notice the website has not been updated. Weyerhauser...

We were very interested in spending a night here during our summer vacation. I contacted them in February to arrange. The owners sent an initial confirmation email and asked that I send them my credit card info to book. I wrote back and said I would be more comfortable giving that info over the phone. Never heard from them again....

Ik you are looking for a regular stay you should not stay here. Otherwise thuis Will be your best choice. Nice situated cabins and although a bit primitive it offers enough comfort. We had the best breakfast during our vacation. Very friendly landlord.
