Too expensive for an average family. Not sure if this was an exception but we were not happy with the fact that someone entered our room as they were given our room as well. A mistake that scared the kids...Over the service was average but the water park was fun !

Stayed during spring break and it was fully booked. The room is comfortable, but the showers are horrible. The water park was fun, but a slide wasn't operating and the hot tub was down for a day. Activities are very expensive, especially the arcade, which averages $3.00/game. Recommend not eating at any resort restaurants as the food and service are...

Just came back from a fun family filled few days at the GWL in Centralia, WA. Several things made this an excellent trip. First, there are a ton of activities for kids in the resort, and since it poured rain the entire time, it made the trip for us. Get the Paw Pass! The Magi-quest game was great, and kept...

Family of four vacation. We've been going for the past three years. The staff is amazing. The water park is showing its age with peeling paint in the walls and torn stairs going up to the tube rides. To knit pick; for the three days we were there one of the tube rides was not functioning and the conveyor belt...

It was a great trip with the kids. The bed was not comfortable as it needs to be replaced and they were all out of cub ears and the little birthday gift they give kids. We will go again as the water park was amazing and fun for all.

This seems to be a cash cow that has been milked for too long. Staff are great, but many aspects seem under staffed and low re-investment for the prices charged. Demand seems to be high so buyer beware. Resort fee of $30 would be tolerable if it were used to hire more staff for check-in/out or to fix the amenities...

kids will love it! The dinner buffet was great, but expensive and drinks aren't included in the price. Breakfast was just ok. The ice cream parlor was a hit with the kids. The burger joint in the water park was convenient, but way overpriced. $6 for a burger and then more if you want toppings. So basically they are making...

Fast check in and very helpful staff where ever you went... Grand kids enjoyed the different activities but we didn't stay long enough to go to all we wanted. So we will go again so we can take advantage of more of the activities....
