Fun place to go. Just need 1. Enforce reusable swim diapers per their rules (too many disposable ones when there which caused multiple accidents for 45 min swim area closure within our stay) 2.locker room restrooms were filthy and did not flush well or even at all. Needs fixed badly. 3. Towels need to be kept full at all times....

We are a family of 5 and went with good friends of ours, a family of 6. We requested that our rooms be close and when we got there we were put beside each other with was awesome. We all loved the water park and slides. There are so many life guards that after giving our kids rules and our...

We were here in May, and decided to return for our son's 6th birthday. The hotel is now "Winterland" themed. It's nicely done. The water park was lots of fun, but they either need to fix stuff that doesn't work, or completely remove it. One lifeguard told me a spray fountain in the kiddy pool hasn't worked in years. Yet...

Great resort with a lot of activities to do. Multiple Magic Quest games to play so that return trips are not repetitive. We found the cost very high for being simply a hotel with water slides, and every activity is in addition to the room fee.

We have been to the GWL in WA many times averaging three to four times a year. We have noticed the decline in cleanliness, friendliness, and safety over the past couple years there. While walking around the kid water park area I noticed one of the members had a skin condition, itching to relive his discomfort in sure which clearly...

I gave it four stars because they really get ya on expenses throughout the resort, which to me is overpriced. First of all, this was my fourth time here. I've always been during that spring and summer months. This was my first Snowland venture and WOW. It was magical!!!! We arrived the Saturday after Thanksgiving, which is also the day...

Summary: Great Wolf Lodge is a fun water park, but the service was inconsistent at best. I stayed with my wife and 3 teenage kids. Rooms 7/10 Service 3/10 Location 5/10 Activities 8/10 Here's the breakdown: Rooms - we stayed in a family suite with a queen and three bunks. The kids bunk area looked like a cabin, although definitely...

Not happy with cleanliness of room. Plugged sinks. Torn bedding. Cigarette butts. Lodge area couches are torn and filthy. Mess up on my reservation and room. Didn't get my $50 food credit like my friends that made the exact same reservations.

Great fun place for all. Children had multiple activities and were never board. Food was okay. Fussy eating children have a multitude of choices to eat. Pizza, hot dogs, buffet. McDonalds up the road.

With only 4 slides the lines were consisting an hour long or longer. The upfront cost covers the waterpark and the room, oh, and parking, thank god. ANY other attraction cost more and is exorbitant. The quest for kids is pointless and ridiculously crowded; my 8 year old toughed it out for 2+ hours to see what would happen and...
