The M7 unit was so cool to stay in! A 3 bedroom 2 bath unit in the old spa so the layout is super quirky and cute! It was absolutely perfect for what we needed, which was a room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in before my wedding and then a nice room for me and my new husband to share after the wedding. I would highly recommend this space to anyone who needs similar accommodations! Plus we had a perfect view of the hydroplanes during Mahogany and Merlot while getting ready, it was wonderful! Only draw back is there are only stairs to access it but if you're good with stairs book this room!

We spent 1 night here near the end of a 2 week motor trip. A bit of a splurge but with their fall rates in effect - worth it. We had a ground floor room that opened onto a small patio and the grassy lake shore. The room had all the usual amenities and a very comfortable king bed. While near the end of the season, it was warm enough to spend the day on the sandy beach and swim in the lake. There are lovely paths, docks and gardens on the property. We enjoyed the Happy Hour at the on-site tavern and it was an easy walk to the local Safeway, the Riverside Park and downtown restaurants. I hope to return.

We landed in Lake Chelan without reservations and decided to spend a couple of nights. We happened upon Campbell's and booked our room. I was pessimistic about the room at such a low price with such a great location, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It had everything we needed, the view was amazing, and the location was wonderful for walking and wine tasting. It was obviously off-season, but we imagined how much fun it would be with warm weather and lots of people. Very satisfied.

Spacious and clean rooms, right on the water, lots of grills and seating. A lovely place by the lake. Very friendly and responsive staff. Would recommend staffing up so rooms can be cleaned even if we aren’t out before 10am and so kayak and paddleboards station doesn’t close early.

It may have been a combination of peak summer with covid restrictions letting up and demand for travel being so high, the rates we paid was quite high for a 3 star hotel. Not faulting them for it but just want to call that out. As for the stay itself, we stayed in room 1200 in building 1, which is closest to Woodin Ave Bridge. It’s also closest to the beach at the hotel, so could be a bit noisier but convenience of it was nice. The hotel is the perfect location for walking right into downtown for food, right across the street from a Safeway, and midpoint to drive to the various local wineries in either direction. The grounds included 2 pools and 2 saunas. The pool on the far end of the hotel from building 1 was always less crowded though smaller but with large stretches of beach side, there were many options for cooling down.
As for the room, it was slightly dated but clean enough and nicely equipped with a microwave, fridge, and 2 sinks outside of the bathroom (strange but useful). The in room safe was either not plugged in or out of battery so non-operational. We didn’t need it for this trip but this would be something I’d expect to be checked by staff between stays. Staff was very helpful with our various requests for extra pillows and sheets. All in all, a very relaxing stay in a very laid back environment.

I've been to Chelan a couple times in the past, but haven't stayed at Campbells. We decided to take a last minute weekend trip from Seattle amid the pandemic, for a change of scenery and found that most places were booked up. There was a one King Deluxe room left here and we decided to book that. It was way more pricey than I would normally ever pay for a weekend trip within the state, but we justified it as we normally fly out of state and abroad for trips and knew we wouldn't be doing that this year.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews on here so it really had me worried especially for what we paid, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised with the room. It probably makes a big difference that this was a "deluxe" room in cabin 3, which I believe is the newest of the buildings on the property. We also were on the top floor on the corner so noise was much more minimal than I'm sure it could be in an older building or with upstairs neighbors. The room was large and everything was clean, so no complaints there.
The property is a lot bigger than I originally though, which makes it nice during a time like covid cause there was plenty of different places along the shore or on different parts of the lawn to space out from other people. We did not utilize the pool at all and stuck to the lake this trip. We had some blow up mattresses and were trying to an airpump in our car to blow them up, which was taking some time and a nice employee who was driving by saw us and showed us where we could fill them up in about 30 seconds so that was much appreciated! Also, one of the owners was walking around that day talking to guests - it was nice to chat with him and I liked seeing that they connect with their guests that way. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and I have no complaints about our experience there either - everything felt clean, it looked like they had a process down, and the biscuits are delicious too.
Overall, this is a great hotel I think if you're able to get the right room. The location is also perfect - safeway is across the street on one side, it's right downtown, and the little walking/running trail is right there too.

The setting was spectacular, the upkeep of the garden and building just fine, the pool and hot tub very pleasant. My "Casita" was almost perfect for me (but needed a grab bar in the shower -- high priority for anyone dependent on a walker). I'm 93 years old. Because the building is not connected to a city sewage system, there are restrictions. Residents may not have read the instructions or forgotten them, so I suggest they be posted precisely where they apply. The gathering spots are comfortable and attractive. A barrier around the pool, although it might not be as attractive, might save a child's life some day. W e intend to return!

I’ve been coming to Campbell’s off and on since 1984. This a great place for a few days with lots of activities for families. Campbell’s has gotten really expensive the last few years, $325-375 per night with tax in the summer for an average motel with a great lakefront location. Overall we enjoyed our recent trip but could have had one major flaw fixed. People leave towels on the lawn chairs to save a spot for their entire 3 or 4 day stay and nobody from Campbell’s has ever removed a towel from a reserved chair in my presence in the 34 years that I have been coming. It’s a little difficult finding a place to sit in the afternoon with dozens of empty chairs reserved with nobody in most of them for several hours or more, perhaps all day. There is a sign posted about not saving chairs but obviously not enforced, like a bad cruise ship with higher prices. I really like Campbell’s but will probably find something more with better atmosphere for the money. I’ve attached a picture from about 6:45am showing dozens of chairs reserved with the same towels for days on end.

Great staff with a great location and amazing views! My room was on the water and the room itself was great and I really enjoyed sitting on my deck overlooking the water. It is a great location for both views and convenience to restaurants and walks along the river.

My partner and I dined on New Years Eve. We ordered the scallops and truffle fries for our appetizers and the lobster and crab ravioli and truffle burger for an entree. The scallops were served in a huge dish but the scallops couldn’t have been bigger than a quarter, they were burnt and only two of them. Very underwhelming but not terrible. We put the rest of the sauce on the fries and it was delicious. The sauce for the ravioli was lukewarm, almost cold, and the ravioli was undercooked. Nothing special about it. When we tried the burger, we found the bun was more flavorful than the burger. We ordered it medium and it was cooked well-done. Again underwhelming. It took 30 minutes for us to get our drinks and appetizers and the entrees came out right after. I didn’t have the highest hopes, but I thought that they would have improved since I last visited 2 years ago. Unfortunately, our low expectations were met. I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon.

I've found that the best deals are in June, and we reserved the room of the website. We went with our 3 year old, so we pretty much were at the lake or in one of the two pools they have. They have a restaurant on the resort, made dinner easy. However, they also have grills at the resort that you can use on the lake front.
You'll be able to do a lot more with just the two of you - have great time!
Dear Megan,
Not sure but I can say that I have never found a more reasonable hotel when it comes to special requests. Contacting Campbell's is the best suggestion. G.
It is fine to bring blow up water devices. We have air available on property they only thing we ask is that they are not left on the grass. Its a perfect weather to be in the water.
I would make sure you got a top floor unit in the buildings you have requested. Also they have a spa on location ~ maybe arrange for a early massage ( it is pricy ) and make arrangements to eat at the Campbell's veranda & pub ( upstairs restaurant ) at 5:30 so you can take advantage of a great menu for your party & happy hour prices..... Make reservations for a large party is highly recommended. Also Chelan Valley Tours is a car service ~ think old army vans that seat 8 & are covered, that is totally affordable and could drive your bridal party around for pre-wedding parties. Good luck & best wishes for sunshine and a great wedding!
There should be. There was plenty of parking throughout the resort and I saw a handful of handicapped parking space signs. The front desk staff was very helpful and I'm sure anyone on the staff would be happy to answer your questions.
