Home rented exceeded expectations. Had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Technology of home was really neat...especially SONOS music system, luckily had a teen with us who made the most of it. Winter was awesome, and can't wait to make

Breathtaking views from both decks are in this family-friendly house. We had our four children ages 1-6 who enjoyed this home with us. The closets are all large enough for travel cribs if needed and the downstairs den made for a great space for a travel crib as well. The many

Each visit we have another frustration. This time it was the frequent gross smell of pot in the hallway. Really unfortunate especially with four kids with us and a desire for some peace and fresh air. Reported it to front desk manager but not surprisingly that led to no change.

If you like staying in a factory, this is the place for you! Stayed in the past but won’t return. Now that they have business, they could care less. Broken hot tub in our room was met with insincere sorry, no requested rollaway with the same.

The website is confusing because there is a "spa" (to get treatments) but they also call the heated outdoor pool a "spa." It is basically just an oversized hot tub or small pool. If you are staying on premises you can use all the pools, indoor or outdoor, assuming they are open (when we went, the outdoor "spa" and the water slides were closed). If you want to visit the Glade Springs Spa, that is where they have the treatments.

I was concerned about all the bad reviews, too, but our stay at the Lodge was wonderful, no complaints at all. And, keep in mind, in addition to the Lodge, there are many other lodging options within Suncadia (the Inn and private homes), and many of the reviews are for those. The staff treated us very well and we thought the suite was incredible, although we'd never stayed in a huge penthouse suite before so it was pretty dazzling!

How much are bike rentals?
They offer bike and scooter rentals, and the rates depend on the amount of time you are looking to rent them. For more information on rentals, contact the Village Pavilion at 509-649-6160. Have fun!
