It was a fluke that we chose Benny's and, arriving quite late at night, we were surprised to find it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed talking with Teresa the next morning and looking at all of Benny's trophies in the lobby. We went for a hot tub and enjoyed that. But I forgot my passport in the room and that's when exceptional service was displayed. Teresa called us (we were already in Coeur d"Alene) to tell us they had my passport and then she went to the post office and shipped it in an insulated envelope at her own expense!! We offered to pay her but she refused! I think that was above and beyond and incredibly helpful to me!! If we're ever in Colville again, we'll stay at Benny's!

Flew into Spokane and drove up to Colville to visit friends and relatives. Based on local's recommendation, we chose to stay at Benny's. It was a good choice; housekeeping was excellent - the rooms were comfortable and clean. Disabled access room was well appointed, and in the remodeled wing of the establishment. Our room was close to the exit, and there was a "curb cut" nearby the entrance.

Wireless internet access was very spotty - never a good enough signal to stay connected to the internet. Staff was kind enough to allow me access to the internet through their office computer to access a file I had sent to myself through e-mail with names/addresses that I needed in the Colville area.

Breakfast bar leaves much to be desired - "orange drink" instead of real juice of some type. Not as much variety as I would have expected.

Would I stay at Benny's again? Yes. Overall, very happy with the motel.

On 8/21/12 My wife & I along with my sister-in law and her husband spent the night here. The wife & I were in RM# 186.

When I first saw this place I could see that it has been around for a long time. Don't let that fool you as it has been very well taken care of. You go into the lobby you will see a very warm appearance. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful with a great personality. The next morning coffee was ready before 6:00 AM and the breakfast was good.

Our room was very nice and quiek. We got a good nights of sleep.
I hate to say it but the room is ready for some new curtains and the bathroom sink needs a new Fosse.

If I am ever back in the neighborhood I would stay here again. Give it a try, I think you will like it. Your kids will love the lobby.

Thanks
Emry & Virginia

The room wreaks of nicotine. Some of the old fixtures still have the nicotine stains. I don’t know the last time they washed the bed spread. Carpet is disgusting. Bathroom has mold. Consider using some bleach to get rid of the mold in the grout. I feel so gross from sleeping here.

The staff were friendly and kind, but the hotel is really bad. I was in a room near the pool and there were gouges in the floor coverings & bathroom fixtures, overall cleanliness was well below average, the bed was very uncomfortable. Wifi worked great, plenty of options for charging electronics but I won't be staying here again.

My husband and I experienced a vehicle breakdown and were dropped off in the lobby with the contents of our travel, vehicle and purchases over 200 miles from home! The staff and accommodations were awesome, our room was located near the hot tub, which I sorely needed. Guests and staff were friendly, and we were given great local tips and assistance. We are definitely going to be staying here again when we return to pick up our truck after repairs are completely. This is a friendly town and business, which are rare these days! Bed was very comfortable, also rare! Great hotel and experience despite our travel woes. Pro traveling tip: this is the town you want to break down in, and this hotel will take care of you!

This motel is clean, quiet and reasonable rates. The reception desk is full of fishing escapades from previous owners, very interesting. Staff are amazing. The motel itself is spotless, not a piece of litter anywhere and the rooms are super fresh and clean. Great price. The pool and hot tub are also well cared for and clean. Right across the parking lot is the mexican restaurant for families and sports bar. All is quiet and lovely.

Very dated and overpriced. Deceiving pictures on the website. I did not feel safe. Scary people hanging in the common areas were "cat-calling" when I would walk to my car. The walls of the lobby, where the very subpar "breakfast" is served as well, is covered in stuffed animal heads and fish. Very thin walls... bring your earplugs if you want any sleep. I like to support locally owned businesses but considering how the owner treated me when I was in town to assist with massive wildfires in the area, I have to say, this is NOT a business that I would recommend supporting. They took advantage of a bad situation (large wildfires) and had no problem overcharging me and the government (us tax payers) for a crappy stay. I'd suggest finding another place!

Okie this exterior property was clean, staff was very friendly. The owners are family owned. Andrew and Theresa are very involved in the community and are helpful with directions and places to go. We went to Lovit for dinner nice restaurant with fine dimming appeal. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about from previous posts but this hotel is an awesome value. I have to agree with previous post regarding housekeeping staff extremely friendly and take pride in cleaning the rooms. Great place to stay!

I just spent 4 days in Colville for a shooting competition and my weary head rested at Benny's Colville Inn each night. Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, everything about the place and my stay was GTG. My only complaint would be the pillows sucked.... Otherwise it was the perfect bed down location.
Conveniently there is a great Resturaunt and bar next door which was a nice really bonus.
And for those outdoors and firearms buffs, the lobby of the Colville Inn is like a mini museum.
I will definitely be staying here again.
