This little resort isnt anything fancy, but has all you need for clamming! Including clams! The cleaning station is indoors, and you can sit down and clean your clams. The rooms are old fashioned but adequate, and comfortable for rough camping. Beats a tent! THis is a great beach to catch clams! (I shouldn't tell anyone!)

We had a family camping trip planned and couldn't get a spot at our usual campground. Dunes was available so we took it. Spots are extremely narrow, I recommend reserving 2. No picnic tables. Bath rooms soso cleaned. A lot of full timer's live there. Felt like we were invading a tight knit community. No beach access

First time here. Park has 28 rv spaces and a quaint motel. Price was extremely reasonable for what you get. Cable tv, wifi and the quietest park we have ever stayed at. Be warned that there is no easy access to the beach, but we did not care. Would stay there again.

The bonus is an indoor room where you can sit down and clean your razor clams. Quiet place. They are working on making it sparkle again. The person in charge goes...

Older park away from the beach has 4 older but clean hotel rooms along with several rv rentals. Owner was very accommodating.. Bath house and clam cleaning station were all clean. Small communal fire pit .15 minute walk to the beach.

We were looking for a place to stay for 2 nights. The website pictures and description look wonderful, but the actual resort is lacking. There were many run-down trailers and the office staff was non-existent. The Dunes is very disappointing. We didn't stay.
