My husband and I visited Orcas Island for a week in August this summer. The Anchorage Inn studio apartment we rented was perfect: quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Lilli was a friendly and informed host; we enjoyed visiting with her when we encountered her--not often, because her services were mostly performed invisibly. We felt as though we were vacationing... Five stars! Looking for peace and quiet - this is the place! Cozy accommodations tucked back in woodsy nature with amazing water views, yet close to the village of Eastsound's shops and good restaurants. The inn keeper and our hosts were more than generous. We highly recommend the Anchorage Inn for your next get-a-way! So tranquil and beautiful!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for some peace & quiet. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are good-sized, and you have your own private deck (ours overlooked the water). There's also a small, private beach (not for swimming) and a hot tub where they only allow one couple at a time. They have lights to... More

The Anchorage Inn has three rooms each with a small kitchen area. Located near the golf course on Orcas Island it is at the end of a graveled road in the middle of trees with views of the East Sound waters. No children allowed so it is peaceful with visits from several deer (two fawns, a buck, does), rabbits, bald... More

This was my 3rd stay here, and each time it has been perfection. I arrived late in the evening, but that wasn't a problem and I received a warm welcome. The room is well laid out, with a great view over the water to Eastsound. The kitchenette is very well stocked, and there are herbs growing on the deck! The... More

We loved staying at the Anchorage Inn, the location was so peaceful and relaxing and even though the three rooms are all part of the same building, it's constructed in such a way to give each room plenty of privacy. We made good use of the hot tub during our stay, enjoying the view of the cove and the local... More

Just returned home from our stay here and it was wonderful. Every night she turned lights on just for us and was even suprised with a treat one night upon our return. The hot tub was wonderful and the deer are a joy to watch. Planning our return trip.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. We were welcomed warmly by the owners and their helper Lilly. The kitchenette was small but sufficient. In fact, we were on a tight budget so we didn't even bother dining out....we cooked on the grill most nights and enjoyed our meals there. They went the extra mile by leaving... More

We stayed here last summer with my in-laws and had the very best experience we've ever had on Orcas Island. The property is tucked away in a gorgeous cove, but is still rather close to Eastsound restaurants and shopping. The rooms have a phenomenal view and very tranquil environment. We were surrounded by tall trees that have bird feeders, so... More

Our stay at Anchorage Inn was restful and cozy, just what we were looking for. Dick, Sandy and Michelle were wonderful hosts. Each morning we woke to an amazing view of the Sound and a basket filled with a delicious breakfast. It was so relaxing to watch the local wildlife stroll through their property. We'd definitely stay here again.
