Upon arrival, we had to wait 30 minutes as U.S. Troops were checking in, about 60 of them. They offered a number of times for us to go ahead, but the clerk said no. That was fine, we had no problem with that. Wireless internet decent, business center could not print as no printer and could not send to the...

Stay Beyond Inn & Suites Everything was great until checkout when I asked why the bank charge didn't correspond with what I was told last night. We paid $100.33 for a regular room to find out that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. Photos online showed refrigerators and microwaves. Their own website wouldn't load on my phone properly, while...

Way overpriced for the quality of the facility and location. I think they run up the prices when there is an event at the Fairgrounds. They do not offer any AARP or AAA discounts. Wifi is spotty. The elevator made noises that sounded like it was on its last legs. Avoid this place and Stay Beyond.

Super clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate but what they offered was fresh and tasted good. Bed was very comfortable. Dogs were welcome and they offered old sheets to cover the bed/furniture.

I'd give this hotel a higher rating if it wasn't for the literal price gouging that goes on every time there is an event at the fairgrounds. Similar accommodations in a more populated area would be available for $30-$40 less per night. The hotel has changed names/ownership nearly every year of its existence...and with every ownership change comes a price...

Check your charges very carefully after you check out of this hotel. They charged me a $50 damage fee after I checked out with no notification. When I called I was told it was for a broken luggage rack they found under the bed. If they had bothered to call me or to check, they would have found the luggage...

We have stayed at the same hotel 3+ times a year for 4 years. We paid $80 a night for the first 2 years for 2 queen beds with a kitchenette. The third year they changed ownership and it went to $120 for 2 queen beds and they rolled in a refrigerator, because we had requested a room with one....

My husband and I planned a guided fishing trip along with my dad. We booked a total of 2 rooms. It was clean, simple and the service that evening was fine. We got up early and our room had hot water but my dad's room had no hot water a few rooms down. We didn't have time to address it....

Was just informed at 11 pm at night via a phone call that woke me up that the front desk made a mistake and I need to change rooms first thing in the morning, the hour was very unprofessional and the whole conversation seemed off. I'm rating this at low as possible by this experience because of how unwelcome the...
