As an old lady and her mother traveling to see the famous rhododendron garden, we were a little worried by a couple recent reviews, but our experience with this Courtyard was totally excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel for the hospitality skills and patience of the staff—Krystal, Cheri, Dominic at the front and Kris in the restaurant—as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. We were blown away by the front-row view of Mt. Rainier from our rooms and also from the glass elevator. Really a good experience. Thank you to those hard-working people trying to run a large hotel in the pandemic.

Hotel was pretty okay, bistro was top notch, service was about as expected. My first night though a window in my truck was shattered and alot of things were stolen out of my truck, my truck was parked in the middle of a fairly full lot and under a street light, it was parked less then 60 feet from the building and 100 to the next building, now this is the main marking area for the hotel and they don't have a camera on it, there is an exit from the building directly facing my truck and no camera, 2 camera covering the front door but nothing facing the main parking area and a side entrance? When asked about a camera the staff shrugged it off and said here is the non emergency line to Seattle pd and walked me through how to fine, as if this has been done so many times its common for them, the kicker was when I checked out a few days and restless night later and see they charged me for parking, you I paid to have my stuff stolen from a place that could help deter it from happening to someone else but does not care............stay at the Hilton, they have gated parking

Needed to travel to Seattle area with a group of 18, for a work project. They took extra care of us by easily adding a link to reserve a block of rooms. Upon arrival they had arranged for us to get a breakfast bag and coffee. Made special arrangements even around our work schedule. The hotel property is in an convenient area of Seattle. The room was nice and updated. We would definitely return.

You need to buzz a bell to be let in without a key at apparently all times of the day. It’s kind of in a strip mall. I don’t know if they get a lot of foot traffic from randoms but what do I know. Front desk agents are just trying to get you out of their face. No more no less. They don’t have Bravo which I thought was standard basic cable so I just streamed Below Deck on my phone instead. But you can log into Netflix and Prime if that’s your jam. There was a pack of 5 wipes in the room that clearly needed to be swiped down by about 10 of those packs. All gross with visible dirt after my wipe down. I guess do it if you have to. But they are really trying to make sure you have zero reasons to return.

We arrived late after traveling 13 hours to get to WA. After a long trip and arriving around 8:30, we had to push the button on the intercom to get assistance. We were not greeted with a welcoming tone. Once in, no welcome, just “name”. Gave our name, was told my name was not on file, after my husband specifically called to have my name on the reservation. We were told by the night clerk that since my name wasn’t on the reservation, she shouldn’t have let me in. Then she told my son and I, to take a seat over there. We sat for so long as my husband called again to explain that another guest walked in an asked if we had been helped. I’m not sure what my husband said to her, maybe that were considered “Elite” members of their program but her attitude changed. Sad!!! As it shouldn’t matter, a hotel guest is who keeps you in business and pays your employees salaries maybe there needs to be a reminder in a staff meeting. As if things couldn’t get worse, our clock alarm the next morning went off at 5:34 am. We had not set it to do so (especially frustrating after such a long drive and exhausted). Turned it off only to hear the alarm in the next room fire off and continue for over 15 minutes. This occurred again this morning in the room next door which leads me to believe it’s vacant. I bring this up as this also occurred in a Westin hotel in Long Beach, Ca. Your cleaning service needs to be aware that as they are wiping these clocks down, they are also setting the alarms. Or, just maybe, it’s being purposely done. Either way, it should be addressed. Upon check out, I was told by the morning clerk, that she wanted me to leave keys in the box. Told her my son had them who was grabbing the car. She said that’s fine just get them from him when he pulls up and put them in the box. I have never been told that it is mandatory to give these key cards back and what I find even more interesting is that during COVID pandemic you would even want them. So grabbed the key from my son and dug through my purse to find the other. As I dropped them in, told her I’ve never been told before at any of there properties that they definitely needed the key cards back. She stated, “Well, it’s just part of the game.” What??? Maybe something a little kinder would be appropriate. At that point, I told her about the horrible night clerk, the ridiculous alarms going off and that by far this was the worst Hotel we have ever stayed at. Anyone reading this review, do yourself a favor and stay any where else. The sad part is my son is relocating to this area and this was our first welcome to this area. My only regret is that I did not get these two individuals names as I would have loved to send a letter to the property manager explaining what a horrible representation they are of this corporation.
