A fantastic Lodge tucked into the quiet recesses of the Olympic Rainforest. The Lodge… The facilities are very warm and welcoming… the first impression is not like your typical Lodge; it feels more like walking into a wealthy friend’s rustic guest Lodge. Accompanied with the comfortable atmosphere one might expect. Inviting sofa’s huddle around a large fireplace, a long heavy...

My husband and I are fishermen. We travel all over. I decided some time ago, that I was never going to tent camp during the winter again. When we looked at fishing the rivers around Forks we found this lodge and stayed in it last year right after Christmas and did some steelhead fishing. It was quiet and clean and...

we greatly enjoyed our visit here. The room we stayed in (the Cedar) was spacious, just the right combination of beautiful and homey, with lots of light, and the main room with the fire place was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The inkeeper (Josie) was very hospitable and the "breakfast baskets" in the morning...

We stayed at the Manitou for a Valentine day getaway. We agree with all the other positive comments and descriptions. Since it was midweek and off season, we were the only guests there. We felt fortunate that they opened for us, and that we found this little slice of heaven on earth. . We arrived in the early evening, so...

This is the second time my wife and I used Manitou, and we liked it even more this time. The style is definitely Montana cabin, so if you are looking for a spa resort with HBO this isn't for you. But if you want a quiet resting place away from the bustling city, the rooms here are spacious, clean and...

My wife and I spent two nights at Manitou in August after coming back from an Alaska Cruise and we had a great time ! We spent two nights in the Sacagewea suite and loved the room, the lodge and the comfortable bed. There isn't much around the area as far as resturants, etc but there is more than enough...

We stayed in the Pocahontas suite which was beautiful!. We came to the Manitou Lodge and found Josie and her husband helpful to us beyond their call! We needed to transfer our pictures out of the memory card and it took them about 12 hours to do so and they did it for us on Thanksgiving Thursday with a happy...

We loved our night at the lodge. We got there late and everything was set up for us to check in- very simple. Had a great nights sleep and woke to a fire in the fireplace, which was nice. Sat on the porch to eat our breakfast, which was very yummy. Not the traditional "bed & breakfast" experience as far...

You asked for a review, so I will give you my full and honest opinion. Your grounds and facilities were clean and attractive. My positive statements abount Manitou Lodge stops there. We thought we were staying at a bed and breakfast. I don't consider an egg and cheese sandwich to be warmed in a mocrowave a breakfast. I could have...

We loved our stay at Manitou Lodge, wish we could have worked in two nights. Recommended. Quiet, lovely grounds. Wonderful lodge with lots of common areas with fire place, games, swings on porch, and walking path. Breakfast in your own room ready the night before to warm, very good and allows you to schedule your own time going to the...
