We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the views were amazing. the owners are very welcoming and helpful about things in the area. We have stayed twice and got a kitchenette the second time plenty of room to cool and store food if you plan on staying a few days

Stayed on the second floor of the beach front motel building and had a great view of the ocean. The unit had a seperate bedroom with king bed, deep jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and in the living area a full kitchen and large brick fireplace. There was also a nice deck to sit on with two chairs and a...

This was a stop on our way from Portland to Olympic National Park. The place was clean, safe and quiet. The furnishings were a bit dated, but the pictures on Facebook showed us exactly what the cabin looked like inside. Very helpful and friendly staff, easy walk to a beautiful beach from our cabin. Comfortable bed and a good night's...

I can't speak for the beach units, but the unit i stayed in (#6,) by the office/highway was very dated, switches and lights didn't work, shower was pretty rough, tv old and very small, micro fridge wasnt very cold, just generally run down and very small. A chair was so crammed into the corner it was a joke. $65 isn't...

This was our second visit with family for the 4 th when they rent 10 of the cabins and I had forgotten how well maintained the place was. Cabin 3 was absolutely clean and everything looked so well-kept and/or upgraded. For $65 we had 2 rooms, the second bedroom with twin beds, and the main room with a queen bed......

Cute place. Nice little walk to the beach. My family picked up our key for us, because we were arriving late. They allowed us to pay later the next morning. Photos are of the path to the ocean. And from room #15 deck.

We arrived early, and they accommodated us by getting the room ready before check in time. We stayed in cabin #10. It was very clean. Had a little fridge, microwave, tv, and coffee maker with coffee. We had a nice campfire in one of the two fire pits. It's an easy stroll to the beach from the cabins. We didn't...

It has a great location on the beach, we were on second floor so we had a nice view and there is a path right through the dunes to the beach. The room was clean and the service was friendly. Reasonably priced. I wish the decks had some comfortable seating.

Waking up to a beautiful sunny day and knowing that the beach is right down the path! Rooms are clean & neat and comfortable. This time we were on the ground floor because we didn't want to do the stairs. No view, but a nice deck & chairs looking out onto the grass and the dunes. Clean linens, nice white...

Since we stopped camping, the Walsh Motel has been the only place we stay when we go to the Grayland/Westport area. The family goes every year for Pirate Daze and rent at least 3 cabins.. When just my husband and I go we always stay in the beach units. As a matter of fact, we are leaving tomorrow morning to...

“Definitely get an upper floor, beach front unit if you are traveling without children. Some units are "dog friendly".”

“Be sure to ask for a 2nd floor room; the corner ones are the best. Some have jacuzzi tubs; some have kitchenettes so be sure to check the listings.”
Velvet21, 1 Apr 2014 | Read review
“Unit 21 is great for 3-4 people with a Queen Size Murphy bed in the living room and King in the bedroom. If you want a nice view be sure to get a 2nd floor unit in the Ocean View building, which doesn't allow kids. Several of the cottage units are dog-friendly.”
